Joe is always a big help whether it’s for an oil change or a maintenance repair. I feel like he’s an honest dude and not out to just make a buck. I’ve been going there since they’ve opened and I’ve never had a negative experience.

Such nice people!!! Did an excellent job fixing up my car. Didn’t tell me things that needed to get done they actually didn’t need to get done! Which I love! They also did a wonderful job fixing up my moms car :) very pleased !

I took my car for insection at 6:56 pm while the mechanics were standing around. I was told they were closed. Apparently closing and punching the time clock to go home is more important than business. With Webb’s automotive and Louetta automotice 5 minutes away I will not be using this repair place again.

I took two cars for maintenance. One was a personal; the other for work. First they try to get my company pay for a water pump. They tried to say temperature gauge was too high. I know enough about cars actually do most of the work myself however my work prevents me from having time to do so. I know that the temperature guage was not abnormally high. One could construe this as being a ploy to do work that was not necessary. With my personal car, they change the oil and say that there is a leaking gasket. There was no leak before I went that I could see, but the week after the oil change spots of oil started to a appear on the driveway. Something did not seem right with what they were saying so I took it to another mechanical shop. What had happened was that they had over tightened the oil filter to where the seal did not seal right. These two incidences together are too coincidental. I will not be using their service in the future. I am sure that they will say that I did not give them a fair chance to correct the «mistake», but once trust is questioned it is broken.

The most expensive oil change I have ever had in my 30 plus years of oil changes. I am embarrassed to put how much I paid. The guy ask me what kind of oil to use and I told him I would go with what he recommended. That was a mistake. Partially my fault for trusting a car repair place that I have never used. I called the guy when I got home and he said he would take $ 10 off the next one. The problem is I am never going back. In addition, the $ 10 off would make that oil change the 2^nd most expensive oil change I ever had.

I don’t tend to write reviews, but I had to make an exception today.
One of my headlights went out and the dealership wasn’t answering to see if they had my bulbs in stock (they usually aren’t). I drive by this place every day and watched it being built just months ago. I decided to give them a call. To my surprise, they had just what I needed in stock. I came by a few minutes later and can’t say enough about the staff who was very nice! They are also fast and have absolutely great pricing. I will definitely go here next time my car needs serviced. Why wait hours at a dealership when this is so close to home?
