I have ordered several things from this company both personally and for my air conditioning company and they have ALWAYS delivered beyond my expectations. I have even gone in last minute when my daughter was home over the Christmas holidays to have a custom design done for her sorority and not only did they get it to me quickly, and that’s a unicorn moment during CHRISTMAS RUSH, but they sent me the artwork and it exceeded my original idea I gave them.
To have a company that has the creative genius to not only provide my business with what I ask for but to go beyond expectations on my personal items is a company that will have my loyalty as a customer for a very long time.
In fact, after my daughter returned to school has received enormous feedback on the custom items done. We might be seeing Embroid Me receiving some out of state business. I have contacts within the CyFair School District and have told Embroid Me to reach to them as I have been telling them what a great job they do and how efficient and price competitive they are.

Ordered my shirt that I wanted customized for a gift .they had a week to order supplies so it’s hard to believe they screwed it up. When I went to pick it up it was not how I ordered it. They did not even check their work or call to tell me they did not have the supplies for my shirt. It is little consolation to get discount when you put thought into getting someone a custom gift and the store screws it up. Go somewhere where they care about what they do and want to make your custom items right !
