Very friendly and helpful service. I had the ceviche, guacamole and homemade chips-all very good. They informed me they also make burritos and tacos so I will be back! PS parking is in the back.

I had driven by this little market a number of times, but never felt the need to go in until, one day, I got a hankering for some carne asada and the little lady wanted some ceviche. I called to confirm they actually sold ranchera flap meat and then made the trip down the street. Inside, you’ll find the usual mom-n-pop style liquor store set-up with beer and sodas near the back and a few aisles of soups and randomness that these kind of markets always have. However, the similarity to your local liquor store ends there. The other half of the market is a hidden gold mine. They have fresh tomatoes, lettuce, ginger and just about any other vegetable you would need to make a fantastic dinner. There is also a meat counter with a surprisingly large selection of different cuts of meat. I didn’t notice till I was leaving, but there is also what looked like a pretty large section of «Hispanic» spices, like chiles de arbol and other powders I didn’t get a chance to look at. My girlfriend is addicted to the ceviche as much as I’m addicted to their meats. If you need to pick up a few things for a quick dinner at home one night or want some meat for grilling, this is definitely the best spot in town.
