Champions Before & After School Programs

This is the worst program that exists. The way they treat people is horrible. They don’t except responsibility for anything that happens. They place the blame on anyone but themselves. I would never want my kids or anyone elses kids to be under their care. They just run ads and hire people without a background check and they do not care about their employees or prospective employees. Everything is all about them. With the kids they treat them as though they are all 5 year olds. They do not allow the kids to think. It is almost like a prison for kids waiting for their parents to pick them up. Any school who uses them should find out if they have people who should even be around kids. Without background checks or even reference checks there could be pedifiles or rapests working there and nobody would even know. Force background checks on anyone you have looking after your kids.
