History

Established in 1987.

Branaire was founded in 1987 by Gustav Bran, a German immigrant. After moving the business from Dallas to Houston in 1996, ownership was passed on to John and Mark Bran, continuing the tradition of honest and affordable service.

Manager

I was born here in Houston, TX and with the exception of my stint in the Army (based in San Antonio), I have lived here all my life. The Army is in fact where I got my start in air conditioning. After leaving the Army, I continued my education in College acquiring an AAS in commercial A/​C. Later, I joined my brother and uncle in the business acquiring my own state license in the process. I am married and have a 6 yr old daughter. I enjoy weightlifting and sailplane flying in the off-​season.
