Received a bouquet on Feb 12^th as a Valentine’s Day gift. The flowers seemed to have bloomed already and the fillers /​foliage did not seem appropriate choice or color. There were gaps and very sparse. It was not appealing to the eye especially to have paid 61 and some change, which included delivery and tax. I was also not pleased with the ugly and raggedy cut tulle that was distastefully tied to the vase. I called the shop days later, to explain my frustration in a very professional manner. Owner answered and was extremely defensive as if I was lying. Then finally asked me why am I just calling because policy says max is 2 days, which would have been a Sunday by the way. She proceeded to talk to me as if she could do no wrong and because she did the flower arrangement herself there couldn’t possibly be anything wrong with it. With that attitude, this florist will not be in business for long. Initially calling, I was not upset and just wanted to see what could be done to compensate, if any thing. By the end of the conversation, I hung up as she was talking and was very upset with the direction of the conversation. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the flowers arrived timely, but trust, I will not return. There are much better florist around.

I received a beautiful flower arrangement from them on a Friday. The next day the orchids in the arrangement began to wilt. I had stopped by the shop since I was in the area and met Lana. She was so very sweet. She apologized for the orchids wilting so soon and made arrangements to have a new one sent out on Monday. We also purchased some beautiful orchids for a dinner party we had planned on Sunday and they look awesome. I truly like going through a local florist than one of the on-​line services as they hit you with so many extra fees. I intend to keep using Blooms from the heart from now on. Thanks Lana once again. You are a real pleasure to do business with!
