3D Nail Spa & Lashes

While the prices are reasonable, every time I go the job feels rushed and half fasted. But what really took the cake was the last time I went, my manicurist rushed through my cuticles and actually make one of them BLEED. Also she didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nailed to be so she made them all different shapes and sizes and that just bothers me. Never have I had such a terrible outcome at a nail salon. I will not be back.

You know when you go to a nail shop and you look for that one good person who always does a great job. Well this place I never have to worry. Everyone in there does a really great job. They take their time and you mani or pedi always comes out looking perfect!

They did a great job on my pedicure. I got the basic pedicure and they still did a thorough job.

I visit this place very regularly. Very good ambience and the staff is very very friendly. Never had a bad experience. Since its right next to the outlet mall, best way to relax after a long day shopping!

I never right bad reviews on places. But this place I feel is a must. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I know that seems harsh, but let me explain. I went here even after checking the reviews. My best girlfriend swore by this place. The service I crapy they ask you if you want something then in the middle tell you they have to charge for it. For ex I was getting a full set she ask if I wanted my cuticles cut. I said sure after cutting 3 fingers worth she then proceeds to tell me t will be and additional charge. Then have the nerve to ask me is that okay. Obviously I had no choice really she already started. As if that wasn’t bad enough. My nails BARELY lasted a WEEK! Yes I said week. They normally last at least 2 to 3 well at other places. I was so upset. It’s poor quality. I know you have to charge for designs but really how hard are sparkles seriously. Overall worst nail salon I have ever been to. They will not be getting anymore of my money.

This place is horrible. They are rude and don’t have a single clue as to what good nail service is. I stopped coming here despite the fact I live in Fairfield which is the subdivision around them because of horrible service. First of all they are always busy no matter when you go. They literally will do a pedicure in 15 minutes maybe 20, that is terrible to rush. The last time I was there they sat a client next to me and told her in 10 minutes they would be with her that turned into 40 minutes then they were rushing her pedicure. Needless to say she went off on them and the manager. I felt bad for her but then to top it off my nail tech and her buddies were talking bad about her in Vietnamese like we couldn’t tell, I mean you were looking at her and giggling then rolling their eyes. Terrible Terrible! I would not recommend this place despite I used to go there for about 4 months. My sister also quit going because they have no clue how to properly do Shellac! The owners are always there but they are constantly sitting clients in chairs i guess to trap them even though their famous «10 minutes «is really 30 to 45 minute wait. Funny thing that last time the owner was trying to place a camera using her IPAD hopefully she captures the bad service they are providing!

I have come here multiple times and they are very pushy on their services. What you choose for mani/​pedi they push you to get the next level up. I like to be able to relax and enjoy but they make it uncomfortable. The owner is there all the time and he is money driven over customer satisfaction. He finds every reason not to stamp the card they offer for each time you visit. They failed every customer satisfaction test. I will not be returning to this salon.

First time here. Rose is on her ish!!! She came in just to get me right !! She has my eyebrows n eyelashes on point !!! Highly pleased!!!
