Exceptional Indoor Inflatable playground for ages 2-​teens. There are areas for younger children and then one side of the room for the older ones. Excellent choice for a hot day, rainy day, and birthday parties. The staff is incredibly helpful and the party food that they provided was delicious and enjoyed by all the adults as well as the kids. There are unusually comfortable chairs provided for the adults to use while watching the kids enjoy the facilities. Highly recommend.

Wow this place has really gone downhill…
I give it 2 stars because my kids have fun here for the most part and the food is pretty good (they get it from a nearby Italian restaurant). There are a pretty good amount of inflatables and options of things to do (a few video games and an interactive projection thing).
However, this place is a MESS! The lack of staff here is insane on busy nights. During the day the owner is usually here hovering over all the employees but for some reason he doesn’t deem it necessary to do so on busy nights or at least get some managers who can handle it. OMG there is trash EVERYWHERE!!! I am sitting at a table covered in empty water bottles, dirty plates, and napkins. Every table looks like this. They have between 6&8 employees sitting behind the counter talking to each other while not one person watches the floor.
The lack of employee presence on the floor is also an issue in the play areas. There are huge kids jumping off the sides of the inflatables and mowing down little kids. They also take over the toddler play area and hurt all the babies. Not once did anyone come by to monitor that area or any other area. It’s a miracle that more kids don’t get seriously hurt.
It’s really too bad that the owner has not made it more of a priority to keep the quality up in this place. It is always busy and is in a great location. They should really invest in making some improvements which would only make the place more successful.

Great play center! Very clean and reasonably priced. There were a few unruly older kids knocking over the toddlers but once I notified the staff the issue was resolved immediately. I will definitely return.

We won’t be going back. Management is extremely rude and they aren’t concerned about the kids safety which should be their top priority.

The employees Here all walk around like there mad and aren’t verey helpful. There’s no one watching the kids in the bounce houses so there hitting and running around lose with no supervision the big kids are in the“smaller“kids area so there getting beat up not the best place for kids not worth the money go to Chucky cheese. First and let time I’m going here

This place rocks! I went today for the first time with my 21 month old little boy, let me tell you Mommies this place is for all kids and even you will find the clean atmosphere and charming workers a treat!
$ 5 on Tuesdays which is totally great, keep for a rainy day or for a hot day alternative!
Potentially an amazing birthday party for a bigger kids!
My son was wearing white socks and they are still white, I was impressed, I will be back!

Wow!!! What a great place to have a party. Everything went as promised by Greg the owner. Our party consultant and the rest of the staff were amazing in decorating our room and assisting during the party. They did everything with a big smile. Food was delicious and the kids had a great time.
At the end, they cleaned up and packed everything in our car for us.
Our 4 yo son loved the place! We will definitely have our son’ s party here again!!!

Very cool place for kids to blow off some steam. Clean, well maintained, great manager, free wi-​fi. Menu largely limited to ‘crap food’, but ok if you don’t care much what your kids eat :)

I will never take my son there again he got kicked in the face. They need more adult supervision that place is a zoo. My friends son almost got step on by a 16 year old that had no business playing with kids in there. And they did nothing some one is going be badly hurt is not a safe environment

I gave this place 1 star because I needed to in order to write this review. My 9 year old and his two friends (all 9) almost got stomped by a huge girl. She must’ve been 5 ‘8 and must’ve weighed at least 150 lbs. She pushed them out just of the jump house and then jumped over them thankfully by the grace of God she didn’t land on my son ! He would be paralyzed if she had. There’s absolutely no supervision and it’s total Chaos! They should not allow kids this age and size and weight playing with children between ages of 0 – 12 ! Someone should supervise what’s going on in this place! Can’t believe it’s still open. It’s a tragedy waiting to happen! These boys are all athletes so not wimpy in any way. We were there for a total of 5 min and ran out. It’s not safe Beware !! Do not go there !!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! No supervison what so ever. My nephew almost got trampled by a 16^th girl what she was doing inside a bounce house is beyond me. Can you imagine a 16^th year falling on top of your 5yr old back. She did manage to kick another child in the face. What’s more shocking is the good reviews the manager must have given them free refills or cake. No thanks! My nephews well being is more important then any free pastry.

I had my son’s fifth birthday here and it was a great experience.
The service and help I received planning and during the party was exceptional. Our party helper helped set up, was there anytime we needed anything and played with and entertained the kids.
The place was also very clean and maintained (something I did not expect from a children’s play place). The kids had a blast and the adults were able to keep an eye on them while they ran around switching from bounce house to bounce house.
The food included in the party package was good too. We also ordered food for the adults as the package only included the kids’ food but it was all delicious as all their food comes from the italian restaurant located in the same mall.
The price for the whole party was, in my opinion, worth it.

Legit. If you have kids, especially the type that have a ton of energy this place is awesome. Clean, consistent, friendly staff. The air conditioning is also a life saver in the summer.

This is a great indoor play place to brings kids under 12 years old to have fun. My kids love it. Also, I had my daughters 5^th birthday party here and she loved it, she had a blast and for me it was the best choice to make the party here because, they decorated the room, cleaned the room and of course I didn’t have to worry about food since, the food is included in the party package.

Great place to bring the kids and play indoors and not have to worry about them escaping lol and Tuesdays is only $ 5! Only down side to it is that the sitting is a bit odd for me. Being the crazy over protective mom I am I like to see my son at all times. If your sitting on one side you can’t see the other. I’d be amazing if the sitting way in the middle. There’s a huge bounce house right in the middle that blocks your view :/​other than that I recommend it.

This is half of a size of the same concept store in Doral. I do recommended take your kids there early to avoid the crowd. My only complain is that they seem under staffs therefore they do not have staffs checking around at the bounce house area. All the staffs are by the front and food area.

Here is the kicker to this review– I do not have kids and after experiencing the chaos at the rat place, this one is way better!
Place is clean. Small, but better for the parents to keep an eye on their little terrors. They will jump and run till they drop, and there are people there inside the inflatable thingys making sure they are ok.
They have rooms for private parties. yes– individual rooms! What a concept! (insert sarcastic tone).
Staff is friendly, and it is conveniently placed inside a mall.
AHH. one more thing– no alcohol, but I guess that’s not a bad thing, God knows I needed it at the rat place.

We attended a birthday party here, amazed on how well organized the place is. Of course, they have someone in the entrance making sure kids don’t leave with strangers so A+ on security.
The place has loads of bounce /​slide houses, divided by age group. Seats are available for parents to sit while their kids use their illustrious energy in hopes for a good night sleep. Pizza, chicken wings, soft drinks, etc. are available from a nearby business. However — what they DON’T have for parents is alcohol! We understand this is a place for kids — but come on, parents need a little fun time too!
Overall, the place is OK. We will consider it for a birthday party, might have to sneak in a bottle though ;)

We showed up with the birthday cake and girl, they did everything else.
JUMPAROOS is an indoor playground that consists of 7 huge bounce houses, more like inflatable obstacle courses. You can bring your kid to play for $ 10. They also have memberships, if you plan on coming more often, that makes it MUCH cheaper per visit.
Or, you can plan a party. You are assigned a helper/​waitress/​party-​planner who does everything. She goes over the details with you before the party, sets up (decorations, paper plates, music, cart for presents…) They have an arrangement with SAL’s Italian Restaurant, across the mall so the catered food or pizza is pretty darn good. Your helper will set up the food, lead the birthday song, help cut up cake and pass it out, and most importantly… CLEANS UP EVERYTHING. She will even help you carry the presents to the car.
You can even print out invitations from their website.
They are a little pricey, but I think they are worth every penny in convince and fun. Also, if you really do just use their invitations and paper products and such… you save a lot of money that way.
