After shopping at Escotts here in Cushing our daughter said she wanted Chinese food. Dragon Palace seemed to be slow so we decided to head in for a bite. At first thought is that the outside looks run down but what a diamond in the rough. We went inside and it is just nicely laid out, the aromas of the food really made your mouth water. The staff were so friendly and fast we were seated and drinks brought to the table promptly. The first plate I tried their fried rice, lo mein jalapeño chicken and Broccoli and beef. The fried rice was fantastic vegetables well done rice great texture and even the little sautéed onions in the rice(I hate onions) were great. The noodles in the lo mein was equally as great the cabbage and carrots were crisp and the noodle were seasoned great and the texture was nice and chewy like noodles should be none stuck together. The jalapeño chicken was to die for spicy and favorable! Not to hot, my daughter(2 yrs) ate a few bites she said spicy and took another bite. The Broccoli and beef was no disappointed the broccoli was cooked well still had a crisp crunch and the beef tender and full of flavor. I’m not gonna lie I went back for another plate and this time I tried coconut shrimp, rice noodles and crab ragoon wontons and their green beans. Nothing disappointed! And soon the whole place was packed! So don’t let the outside fool you. come in enjoy yourself and if you don’t see something on the buffet you can order off the menu, Take out is also an option. One more thing the waitress had my daughter laughing and all smiles I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a great meal at a great price. We will definitely come back

At first glance, I thought this place would be a bit of a dive. The building is old and run down and the town itself is very small, but the family was hungry and I DONOT recommend Rodolfos next door. Walking in we were greeted by a very nice woman and showed to table, got our drink order and had them to us in less then 3 minutes. We did not know that this place was buffet so that through us for a bit of a loop when no one was coming to take food orders or giving us a menu. After figuring this was a buffet we got up and got our food. The selection is wide and everything looks good, all food was hot and steamy and plates were clean. Actually sitting down to eat was a bit of a surprise. To be perfectly honest, I did not expect the food to be as good as it was. With the appearance of the building and just the generality of the town I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, this was actually very good! So after eating my first plate, I went back with a higher expectation and decided to get some food that’s a little more difficult, sushi. Not much selection there but, once again, blown away by the taste of everything. Very delicious! I’m not sure why the previous commenter had such a terrible experience, unless maybe he is from China himself, but this place was far better than some of the other restaurants in the area!
