When my mother and I received the uhaul truck it was dark out so we really couldn’t see inside the truck to tell if it had dirt in it. We loaded it up that night. when we were loading the truck up we could smell this foul odor that smelled like dog poop. The next day when we unloaded the truck all our pillows, chairs, and sheets had that nasty odor to them. Once I returned the truck and told the lady about the smell and what happened, they we’re not accommodating at all. Then she tried to charge me a cleaning fee because the truck had dirt and leaves in it (which came from the person the used it before me). So I had to clean the truck out, when it already dirty when I got it. All I moved was a sofa, bed, TV, dining room set, clothes, and sheets. So there no possible way that dirt could have came from me. I think in the feature you all should sweep the truck out in front of the customer to insure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
