My wife went to this subway today at noon to get us both a sandwich. The person who put fixings on the subs did not follow our directions and added stuff we did not want. Upon challenging the person to fix it and make a new sub, the person told us we needed to take the wrong made sub. **** total fail ****. Customer service. Total fail. I know of now other place in my experience who would make a customer take a sub that they did not create correctly. I would love to talk to the manager to help improve the attitude of the sub makers.

The subway has the best service. The place is always really clean and the food looks fresh. Adele is always very nice and fast. The deals on the foot longs are great and very inexpensive to take the whole family to eat. I’d prefer Subway sandwiches over any fast food joint. The only downside is during lunch time, parking is limited.

This location has the best service of any Subway I’ve ever been to. They always greet you quickly, always get your order correct, make your sandwich quickly, and are friendly. I give the staff 5 stars.

I always get good service with a smile(and they get a tip in return)! Fast, easy, and a much better choice for those who don’t want greasy fast food. Although greasy fast food is good too. Good location, but the parking lot gets cray-cray jammed at lunch time!

It’s FebruANY so of course I got myself the best deal everrrr. 5 dolla footlongs FTW! :) Staff moves quickly in this teeny tiny Subway location. Parking is a bizznatch cuz the spaces are all compact and you’re pretty much in an Asian shopping center which pretty much means you’re chancing a possible car accident pulling in.

I do like Subway in general, but I will no longer come back to this one. I got a stomachache about 6 months back and suspected this location wasn’t the cleanest place, but I kept coming back since it’s the closest to me. This morning the person who prepared the Sub for me obviously had a cold and was coughing all over the place. I had my second thoughts and just dumped the sub in the trash.

Subway is a mediocre fast food chain. They offer very little, other than what they are famous for. Inexpensive sandwiches made to order. I, like many people have been to many subway over the last 15 – 20 years. Usually quality does not vary from one subway to another, occasionally, you may encounter less than first quality veggies or bread, but usually not. This is, by far, the best subway location I have ever visited. Subway is not my favorite place for sandwiches, but this location stands out. Thankfully, it is located near my home. If I am hungry, and in a hurry, and feeling thrifty, this is one of my spots. I recognize moat of the crew, meaning their staff has been stable for the past few years. The workers are friendly and efficient, and are very good at their jobs. In my experience, the sandwich ingredients are always top quality. Some subways will serve you less than perfect onions or other produce, but not Blaney. Best of all, and as pointed out by other reviewers, this subway is NOTSTINGY! Of course, meats and cheeses are measured and proportioned the same at every subway, it is the amounts of the other toppings that vary from location to location, and the average subway is stingy, to the max. Your request for extra pickles can be met with a dirty look or an argument at other locations. At this location, your request for extra toppings is gladly met. I like extra pickles, banana peppers, olives, and vinegar. And I have never been disappointed. I assume other subway workers are ordered to not load the sandwiches, because that affects profits. Here, I assume that the dutiful workers have been instructed to load on the toppings, which satisfies customers. Hmmmm… Milking me for profit, or satisfying my desires? It is obvious which is better. I hope that the workers here are paid a bit more than the workers at other locations, because they clearly deserve it. With their cheerful attitudes, and considering that many have been here for years, I have to assume that the owner/operator of this location has offered them an above average working environment. It is five stars for service, efficiency, consistency. Three stars for the fact, that, well, it’s still subway. Averaged out to four stars. Oh yeah, also, the iced tea is always fresh! I almost always order an iced tea, everywhere I go, and it drives me mad when it tastes less than fresh. Here, you can tell that it is fresh every day. More proof that this location is concerned with putting out top quality product every time. Cheap asses will serve you yesterday’s tea, because brewing it fresh will cut into profit. If you are in the area and going to subway, do yourself a favor and choose this location. And don’t forget to hit the tip jar, at least one dollar per sandwich. Don’t be cheap. This location is not cheap, and the workers deserve it.

The one who prepared the sub for us got irritated just by our request of having two veggie delight’s and one 6 inch. Started preparing the veggie with clean gloves but mixed up another customers bacon strip preparation with ours which meant ours was not really just vegetarian. Also, the thing that annoyed me was the attitude, it prevented us to make any additional requests as to keep our subs prep separate. I have had this happen with other subways. This is not a review on subway itself, just the location and the employees there, for example: The one at Wolfe and Reed is good for me because it is near my apts and the staff is great. They are polite and patient so I try to tip them when I have cash.

Right next to my office and for nearly the past two years I have enjoyed the Veggie Patty sandwich and the staff knows me I sometimes mix it up with getting cookies only(my 600 calorie diet does start here) but they always greet me with a smile even when I am having a bad day. The morning sandwiches are nice too because some mornings are cold and the combo w/coffee is super hot! Yeah!

Five Stars = Woohoo! As good as it gets! …and that’s exactly the experience that I have at this Subway. Never had a complaint about the quality of their sandwiches, I have ate Subway at hundreds of places in many countries so I feel pretty comfortable with this rating. The staff is very humble and helpful, they are very nice and know how to maintain a good quality sandwich even when the line up is going out the door. Their managers do well with having the place appropriately staffed for those occasions, so I don’t trip out about how much time I’ll be waiting. These people aren’t stingy! That’s a big one for me, I tend to have a large appetite and at time nearly inhale my food. They know how to hook it up! It has been months that I’ve been going to this place and just now I’ve decided to write this review because I was very surprised to see my sandwich done the way I always get it after I got my drink. These people are on top of their game. The staff doesn’t act like your typical food chain staff. They keep themselves busy with all the time, constantly cleaning the fountain station, sandwich bar glass, etc. There have been times where I see places with dirty tables and sticky drink stations and the staff are just hiding the back jive talkin to each other taking their time — this place is the opposite of that!

As both a lover of Subway, and a former Subway employee in high school, I have to give this Subway high marks in the fast food realm. I have been here many times(~100 times) because of its proximity to my work. I choose this Subway over 2 others that are equally distant. The workers are especially friendly, helpful, and understanding. They take special orders with no problem or complaint. The vegetables are fresh(unlike other subways) and the bread is typically the right softness. The place is small and typically immaculate. The bathroom is in good shape as well. If you need a quick sandwich and like Subway in general, I strongly recommend this store over other nearby shops.

My favorite subway, sad to see its underrated. I’ve been going to this location for so long that I’ve established a comfort level with the spot and employees. I live down the street from 2 other locations, the one that is closest to my house is unbearably hot for whatever reason, and the other has horrible parking. Since I frequent this location so much, one sandwich artist knows exactly what I want when I say«flatbread» which is kind of a cool feeling in a dorky kind of way: p **Thumbs Up!**

This is my favorite Subway. I like the fact that the staff recognize me and my family when we come in. They know what we like and don’t like and I think that is cool. Of course you can get the same sandwiches at all the stores, but for some reason, they taste better at this location. The store is always clean, but the seating is limited. If it is busy time of day, there is not a lot of seating, but we usually get food to go.

After officiating a soccer game at Ortega Park this past Friday, I had 25 minutes before my next game started and I was starving. I jumped in my car and frantically looked for a decent place to eat in Sunnyvale or Cupertino. With the limited time allotted to me, I opted for some Subway. I ordered a 12-inch(foot long) Pastrami and well, I was pleased with the sandwich engineer that put together my sandwich. When I asked her for olives, bell peppers, pickles, and other toppings she would grab a handful and then spread them out throughout the sandwich. I actually had to ask her nicely to take some off. I am not used to this treatment at Subway. I felt I was dreaming. Or maybe even dead since my usual experiences consist of me asking for more of each item since the sandwich engineers are putting two or three bell peppers on my sandwich and thinking that is enough. In the end, it was a great sandwich. Maybe it was because this highly skilled sandwich engineer was a certain race/ethnicity and the ones that I usually run into at other Subway establishments are another certain race/ethnicity. But I won’t say which is which. I’ll let the Unilocal community figure that one out on their own. Every so often, I enjoy movies that leave the ending up to the viewer. Well, consider this a review that leaves the ending up to the reader.
