Nothing great, nothing bad … It’s same as any subway joint. I felt lettuce was not fresh though n also veggie patty was stale I guess, I will suggest only chicken or tuna sandwich from subway,

Most Terrible customer service, I was there at 9:20 and the sign was showing open, however they were closed

This Subway location rocks. The staff here are friendly. I was able to get the sandwich I wanted. This location is fairly small. The sandwich was great.

I like this subway. The staff are friendly and really upbeat. I come here rather then going to the one in vallco. They also put more toppings

Breakfast!!! Spot on. I forget her name but she’s a young Latin woman. Super sweet and helpful. Originally when I would come in there was this shorter Mexican lady in there, she was always so rude. I mean come on… after all you ARE open!!! She would never say hello she was rude and I felt like I was bothering her with her ‘opening’ duties. This other sweeter lady is always happy to see me. She’s always friendly and has now remembered my order! Now that’s good customer service. 4 stars for that busy annoying lunch rush and the rude lady!

DONTGOHERE!!! This subway is a HORRIBLERESPRESENTATION of the subway brand. The employees at this franchise are RUDE and cheap. They give us the old bread and skimp on the toppings. If you ask for more these employees give attitude and smirk at you. They havent been trained properly so the sandwiches are poorly made and fall apart. DONTGOHERE

Personally, I prefer Togo’s and Quizno’s sandwiches to Subway’s. Don’t get me wrong. Subway’s sandwiches are not that bad. They’ll do in a pinch. This particular Subway, however, scrimps on the stuff that goes in between the bread.

–If you go at odd times, ask for the bread near the back. The older bread is put near the front. –At peak hours, don’t be afraid to ask for more toppings. They skimp like nobody’s business. Actually, at all hours, ask for more toppings. –The cucumbers are hidden under the avocado. If you want it, you have to ask for it specifically, even if you ask for everything. –Tipping will always result in extra sandwich fun

We stopped in here a few weeks ago and I have to say we like it better than the others. We noticed straight away that they offer spinach, which isn’t offered at the Subway closest to where I live. Their staff is very nice– they apologized for the wait(a business sent a couple people over to make a big order and it took a little while). We look forward to coming back again and again as we’re moving closer to this one now!

I’ve been to this subway a handful of times now. They consistently skimp on toppings. I seriously got 4 olives on my 12″ sandwich, couple slivers of onion, etc. This past time, I opened my sandwich to find all the toppings falling off and the bread wadded up. Staff seemed nice and the guy working was fast. Prob won’t be coming to this one again even though its 1 block from where I live.

Its subway… They make pretty good sandwiches. I go here because its the only subway near my place. I go often, its clean, and they dont make too much fuss over your sandwich.

Subway is a franchise. As the brand goes, I love/appreciate what they sell as much as the next person. However this particular franchise location is owned by SHADY people!!! They dealt dishonestly for a long time with someone who cannot account for his own money. «Selling» him foot-longs at buy one get one free but actually charging him for both sandwiches and racking up extra charges of sodas they didn’t provide… etc etc. It just sickens me that they would take advantage of someone in this way. Shame on you people.

Very close to work and the Sub’s are sooo good. I am on a diet and really like the fact I know what I am getting in my meal. Fast and friendly service and the prices are great also.

This review is based on the store’s quality as a subway not on it’s quality in the world. This is my favorite Subway of all. Staff remember you, are helpful, do the little extra’s that not many stores do. Highly recommended.

I’m not normally a fan of the fast-food sandwich shops like Subway or Togo’s, but it’s hard to argue against a $ 5 for a 12-inch, toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich with all the fixings! The only complaint I have is having to tell the worker to use ranch dressing instead of mayonnaise. It’s a chicken bacon«ranch» sandwich! Duh!

Well I guess my rating is again biased. I applied here about 6 months ago, and the owner, tall Indian dude, was like drilling me. I quit working for red robin last year in march. He asked how much I was making there, and I told him a lot. He said, why dont you go back… Why??Because I quit thats why. I have more pride than that. Oh, I quit guys screw you(a year later) can I have my job back… NO if you quit you quit, thats it. He straight up was trying to get me to say SOMETHING im not sure what. Maybe he thought because I was young and white, I was a hoodlum and I maybe got fired instead of quit. I believe he is racist, look at his staff. I have NEVER seen a caucasion person working there, and I’m sure they’ve applied. i almost walked out of there during the interview. I have never returned and do not plan on it. I go to the one on bollinger next to safeway and rite aid. They are cool and the lady, also indian, has actually offered me a job. But my availability was not what she needed.

Tiny narrow shop but they were reasonably friendly and quick and they have(limited) parking in the back. Got what I needed and was in and out in 5 min. A $ 5 for a footlong? Can’t beat that. Bottom line: I never seem to crave Subway but when I do get it, the sandwiches always pleasantly surprise me with all the fresh condiments. Like Jonathan A said«good old Subway».

Yup, it’s a Subway. But I’ve been to this location twice now, and both times I ended up getting a «sandwich» that was more like a wadded-up ball of bread with meat /cheese /condiments falling out all over. Seriously, grab a sub roll. Squeeze, hard. Now put a scattering of lettuce, tomato, and whatever else you want in your lap. You’ve now replicated the Subway Experience you’ll get here. Yuck. This is the only restaurant within three blocks of my new workplace, and you still won’t get me to go back.

Different choices, good sandwiches, friendly staff, cheap prices. You can’t say this place is bad at all. Great place to hang out while having great sandwiches and chips. The Staff sometimes gives me a free bag of chips. I come here a lot, so I know the staff. They make my sandwich just like I tell them. They warm it up just right. Not all subways are like this. This one is a go getter.
