Outstanding price and service!!! I dropped my iPhone 5c last week and the screen looks like a spider web, contacted Apple Store and they wanna charge me a premium to replace the screen so I contacted this place for my repair needs, the owner Jimmy was so kind he explained all the detail and how the repair process works, and it costs significantly less then the Apple Store, after I agreed to let him fix it it only takes less then 15mins to get it done because I told him I was in a hurry, that’s what you called «service»!!! They also have different cell phone plans and accessories if you ever need one, I will definitely go back for my cell phone needs, thanks Jimmy and keep up the good work!

Omg i give this guy a 5 stars just the simple fact he was super nice had my phone ready and charged. I broke my iPhone 6 a while back went to a place in Oakridge mall fixed my phone i thought my screen was still open, so my co worker at apple told me about this place i went face of the phone is not open anymore he also gave me a 90 day warrenty i feels brand new like more quality. Thanks again it was well worth the money!!!

Great service and great workers! I came in because my phone screen would stay black even though it was on and took it in and was immediately greeted by Jimmy. He took it in for a swift diagnosis. I had the screen replaced before at another third party shop in LA and told me that they pretty much gave me a faulty screen and didn’t even put all the parts back in. I took his offer to replace the entire screen again and he even help me take pictures of the previous shoddy job and told me the best way to explain to them to get my money back. If I ever need any cell repair again I’ll definitely be coming back here!

My iPhone 4s screen was crack, he fixed it as a brand new iPhone: D high efficient!
Moreover, I have tried many other stores. This is the only store I feel that not pushing to buy, and comfortable to spend time to discuss with store associate before I make final decision. Jimmy had tried to explain all the technical info about the repairing process which I didn’t really understand. At least I like the service and his place. Nice!

I had my Samsung s4 screen repaired here, well done job, not as expensive as other repair shops but just the material cost is high so it is understandable. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this place. One con is the parking space, it’s quite a small number of spaces for having other business next door. But it’s easy as the other businesses don’t always have a full house.

Love love love the place. Been here for couple years already. Jimmy is the best. He is really responsible and friendly. I got my iPad and iPhone fixed there, I got my new phone there… The most amazing thing is that he will help you to analyze your bill, and telling you if that is any way that you can safe some money instead of just paying every months.
