Simran Kaur Singh began her legal career in 2005 in corporate law, where she gained extensive experience handling all aspects of corporate formation and securities regulations. She later worked as a law clerk to Hon. Judge Weissbrodt, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California.

Ms. Singh is currently admitted to practice law in the State of California, and in the Northern and Eastern Districts of California of the United States District Court. Her practice focuses primarily on Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, and Business Law. She is actively involved in the local legal community and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Congressman Don Edwards Inn of Court.
