Another Great Appointment last night and Dr LaFrom and his staff went the extra mile to help me feel comfortable and they explain everything no surprises his office worked within my budget. Dr Lafrom has even called me after hours to check on me to see how I was feeling afterwards. He has undone years of bad dental work and put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of an amazingly talented dentist

Dds Lafrom is a standup dentist. After some research and a few phone calls I’ve learned that doctor lafrom cares about his practice, and will do a good job !!

I find Dr. LaFrom’s staff professional and nice.
One thing in particular that sticks out from Dr. Lafrom’s service is aggressive over sales. Every time i go there they try to sell me something I find I clearly don’t need.
Despite I find Dr Lafrom’s practice good I hate the fact that almost every time they call me and ask me to reschedule for an earlier appointment. When eventually I go to the office the fact that they try to sell me the same service over and over again, I sometimes find tiresome that they don’t keep a record of services Ive already highlighted I don’t need or want.
On the positive Dr. LaFrom’s office is pretty much a one stop shop; he has the latest technology available including 3D Xray, Zoom whitening and crown crafting machine.

I found Dr LaFrom from 1 800 dentist under the urgency to have a loose tooth removed. being negligent for more than 5+ years due to $, loss of work, embarrassment, dental anxiety and horrible dental experiences. I anxiously made the appointment as well as canceled and re-​scheduled and I’m glad I did…
The staff is extremely kind and adorable, the office aesthetic is calming and Dr LaFrom is especially a kind and gentle soul. His photo does not do him justice, he is very handsome, #justsayin
What sealed the deal for me was looking at his picture gallery of the before & afters… I finally felt that I’m not the only one going through this…
I am extremely appreciative that he is willing to work with me on a treatment plan that fits my financial abilities. I am finally anxious and looking forward to having a beautiful smile again.

I’ve been coming to this office since I was five and after going off to college and working overseas for years, I’ve come to value this place a lot. Dr. Lafrom is a very talented dentist who is good at identifying problems and recommending the best route to health. If you ever require specialist work and he knows someone better, he has no problem referring you. His interest is your well-​being. His hiring choices are impeccable as he has an eye for skillful and caring people.
I’m not a rich man, but some things are just worth it and if you care for your teeth the way he teaches you how, costs are minimal and routine cleanings are painless.
I don’t give a lot of 5-​star ratings, but this place is really top notch.

I’ve been a patient since 1986. In that time Dr. LaFrom has been consistently professional, efficient, and effective. I’m not that young anymore and have no crowns and only a few cavities. Maybe some of that is genetic but I attribute my dental health mainly to the attention and care that Dr. LaFrom and his hygienist staff have given me over the years. My job has never provided dental insurance which Dr. LaFrom is always cognizant of and gives due consideration when planning treatment. I am very grateful for the care I’ve received for nearly 30 years now.

Dr. LaFrom is the best dentist I have ever been to. No one can give a pain-​free shot of Novocain like he can. I originally went to him (20 years ago) because he was good with children. I have stayed with him ever since. I have had almost every possible procedure from routine fillings to 12 implants. All was done with precision and care and he always stands by his work. In the few cases where I’ve had problems (due to crunching on Atomic Fireballs and the like) he has always worked with me to reduce costs. He is great at every level, super technical, super compassionate, and super professional. His staff is unbelievably friendly and always do their best to give me the appointment times I need. Do yourself a favor and see Dr. Randy for all your dental needs. He’ll be your dentist for life.

Dr. LaFrom is a great dentist who is up to date on the latest technologies and also is someone who is compassionate about his patients. He follows up regularly after any procedure. You will be in safe hands. His office uses a great appointment reservation system as well.

I just moved here from Los Angeles, where I LOVED my dentist. I was quite concerned about finding someone that I like. I“m not concerned anymore. I literally just left the office of Dr. LaFrom Dentistry and I am blown away. I have had a broken crown for 6 weeks because Ive been so busy and really didn’t want to deal with the hassle of going in, getting a temp crown and then having to go back. I finally gave in. Guess what??? He made the permanent crown right there!!! the whole visit was less than two hours and I am whole again! The office staff is super cool and hip and super nice. This place is awesome! A for the person I saw leaving a «rip off alert» post, you are wrong sir. Coming from Los Angeles, I can tell you the prices are quite competitive and better than I expected. Thank you Dr. LaFrom!!!

Dr. LaFrom went above and beyond to help my wife and myself with our dental issues. He keeps the patients well-​informed by clearly showing me where the problems are with X-​ray images, or dental cameras connected to the large display. I appreciate this type of professional courtesy, in addition to his excellent skills and cutting-​edge equipment.
I had my old and worn composite crown replaced with a more durable CEREC crown by Dr. LaFrom. The fact that you can have your bad tooth treated, CEREC crown designed and set, in a single office visit is amazing. He keeps you in the loop throughout the design process, so you get to watch him capture the 3D model of your original tooth; complete the CAD design; select the material color (I got choose between the two closest colors, even though I couldn’t tell much difference… but that’s how detailed you can get); and actually see the CEREC machine mill your new crown out of a block of raw material! I actually asked whether I could see the machine in action, and also recall the use of some density-​measuring equipment that I can’t really comment much about… it’s all really high-​tech. He and his office staff followed up with me via phone after the treatment, thank you.
Here’s another really good case showing just how much he goes to help his patients: my wife’s old crown dowel (post) broke two nights before our long vacation overseas recently. Absolutely disastrous situation. To be clear, her crown was set many years before we went to Dr. LaFrom’s office. It was 10 p.m. on a Friday evening when this happened, and I called in expecting to leave a voice message. Amazingly, there was a staff to answer the call! I had never expected this, and truly appreciate the fact that Dr. LaFrom set up this service line for such emergencies! I left a message describing what happened, and Dr. LaFrom offered to see us next morning (Saturday!!!). He sacrificed his time with his family in the weekend to fix and reinforce the broken post. Thanks Dr. LaFrom for being such a life-​saver!
The office environment is pretty relaxed here, and you don’t have to worry about any work being rushed. That was also important to me.

After seeing Dr. LaFrom and his staff for over four years now and experiencing a wide range of treatments I would highly recommend LaFrom Dentistry for your future dental needs.
I am very afraid of dental procedures and look for a dentist that will work with my fears and not make me feel guilty about them. For example I personally like to have my teeth cleaned with the traditional «scraper» and refuse to allow cleanings with the water pick method. The LaFrom office has always been understanding about this and gladly uses the older method to clean my teeth.
In regards to the technology he uses everything appears to be very advanced and X-​rays are extremely thorough which gives me confidence with the possible treatments I may need. I personally like to understand why I need something and Dr LaFrom explains in detail what will happen or what he will be doing.
Dr LaFrom is also very gifted in how he gives his local anesthetic because I did not feel nearly as much pain as I expected or remembered in the past from other dentists. I was very afraid and he was extremely patient with my anxiety about the anesthetic and drilling necessary for my fillings. He would allow me to have short breaks and continually asked if I was ok while he worked on my mouth.
In addition while performing treatments Dr LaFrom seems to go above and beyond when performing treatments he takes his time and if he sees a concern he addresses it immediately. He always will do what is best for me and the future of my mouth. I truly fell as though Dr LaFrom and his staff put me first.

I’ve been coming here for about 8 years now, Dr. LaFrom and staff are all wonderful. I like that they use all the latest and greatest gadgets and technology, but more importantly, Dr. LaFrom is a talented dentist and knows his stuff, with or without the gadgets. (As an aside, he also has a real knack for numbing. I never feel a thing, and I used to have major issues with some of my previous dentists in that department. I am so relaxed there I have even nodded off in the chair once or twice.)
I’ve had some major (much needed) work done in addition to regular cleanings, and I have always gotten a very fair and knowledgeable quote and treatment plan prior to any work being done. Dr. LaFrom genuinely cares about his patients and it is apparent in every aspect of his practice, from making sure each patient is greeted by name when they walk in the front door, to the extra time he spent making sure my crown/​implant exactly matched the color of my existing teeth.
Even though I now live in Belmont, I still make the drive down to Cupertino for my dental appointments because it is so worth it to have a dentist you can trust and rely on. I would highly recommend LaFrom Dentistry to anyone.

Another 5 star rating. My new experience now includes the staff; all of whom deserve 5 stars of their own. They are confident, friendly and professional. One cannot find a better dentist.

Ripoff alert!
This is kind of dentistry where your regular dental visit can turn into a 1000+ $ dental bills. The doctor invested in a bunch of equipment and looking for you to pack the bills for them. He may seem very friendly. But at the end they do some procedure without even your consent. When asked about it, the front desk lady slammed the liability form in my face, the form that you generally sign in any medical facility in good faith.
Save your wallet and find a honest doctor!

My family of 5 have been treated by Dr. LaFrom for the past 20 years! He is professional and nice. He really cares for our dental health. He once analyzed our dietary consumption at home and advised me what to cut from my shopping list in order to decrease cavities for my kids and myself and increase our teeth and gum health. It Worked big time. At some point during the time we have been getting dental treatments, we did not have dental insurance and Dr. LaFrom worked with us to make it work so we did not need to stop treatment. I recommend his service with all my heart! in Addition, all his professional referrals to specialists are 5 stars.

Its now over 15 years since I was changing dentists twice a year. For the last 15 years our dentist of choice is Dr lafrom. he is very knowledgeable and up-​to-​date. He uses the latest equipment and technologies, a real silicon valley type just like us. My brother is dentist but overseas and he checks my teeth when I visit every year or so and he is always impressed with Dr Lafrom’s work.

I have been going to Dr. LaFrom for a few years know and have always had a good experience. Today I took my daughter for her first appointment at 3-​years old and he was really good at making her feel comfortable and she did great!

I have been a patient of Dr. LaFrom’s for many years. I have always had great experiences with him. He does mention cosmetic «upgrades» so to speak. Never have I felt pressured to take him up on them. I figure that is part of the job.
The work that I have had done has been terrific. His sense of humor is just up my alley. All of the people surrounding him in his office are easy going, extremely capable and fun to see every few months. I have only great things to say about be the entire LaFrom establishment. I absolutely LOVE this dentist. This guy is passionate, caring, and considerate of my needs as well as my family. It seems his patients are most important and put first above others needs.
We have had 2 family emergencies in the last few years, they were delt with the same day, without being turned away.
My daughter also had a tooth knocked out while playing and he was able to cosmetically mold it together, so she did not feel out of place with her friends. Dr. Lafrom is professional, family oriented, and a pleaser. We are pleased with his services.
