Kwik Kopy

This is a great place to print. The service was friendly, the fee was low, and my twenty pages got printed in about twenty seconds!
I recommend Kwik Kopy. It is a good business.

Kwik Kopy deserves 10 stars! My grandfather recently passed and we quickly needed a 16×20 picture for the funeral. With only a day’s notice and they were able to accommodate us! They provided us amazing service and the picture/​print out was even better than we could imagine. We are looking forward to going back for other prints and work. Thank you for being so reliable and accountable.

I went to get some papers spiral bound, and they were great. $ 5, which isn’t bad.
Only complaint is that I arrived on their lunch break. I’m all for lunch breaks. But it wasn’t advertised, and I had to wait around for 20 minutes until they opened again at 1p. Not sure if this is every day or just today. The guy working there was great though.
Copies and black and white printing are 10 cents per side, and color is 50 cents. They don’t take card for anything under $ 10. Good thing I had some cash.
I would definitely come back here again. Just keep in mind they might be on lunch and may only take cash unless you have a larger order.

There are few times in my life where I feel the need to review a copying store. This is one of them. Service was amazing. Extremely helpful. They gave me their discount even though I didn’t even know there was such a thing.
To top it off, they have an amazing bathroom that they so graciously let me use. It is a hidden gem. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would use again.

I just needed one copy of my daughter’s birth certificate and when I entered, I saw all these fancy printers lying around so I was thinking if I came to the wrong place. How wrong I was. The owner was super friendly and took care of my needs quickly and I ended up having a very nice chat about family with him. I know there are a bunch of big printing places around, but you can’t go wrong with a family owned business whose owner has a genuine interest to see his customers get the best service possible. I will definitely come back and tell people about this place.

AMAZING service. I’m a designer + illustrator, so the presentation of my work is just as important as the work itself. I was so delighted that their service was so great! I’ve actually visited many of the print shops in this area in years past (ie. Kinkos, Allegra) and my experiences have ranged from neutral to very disappointed. For instance, I remember once the guy at Allegra tried to explain to me that my prints were blurry despite being sized properly because my DPI was set at 300, which is the standard printing DPI range (this was several years ago so things may be different!).
Today, I had to print posters for my upcoming typography event (so basically for a roomful of a designers). Since I was leaving to SF in a few hours I needed a fast turnaround, and Kwik Kopy turned out to be dependable and quick. They even printed on extra thick, nicer paper, which I really appreciated! I’ll definitely come back in the future with future design work. So happy to have found these guys. Definitely check them out if you need some great work done.

Amazing customer service, the young man with the glasses was so attentive and kind. He saved my life when I was in a jam! I was in such a hurry to get something done and he was so nice and made sure I had the best product and got the best deal! The shop is so open and spacious and has been obviously remodeled very recently. I enjoyed the ambiance, definitely coming again for all my printing needs! FIVE BIG STARS!!!

I am completely blown away from the exceptional customer service from Kwik Kopy! It’s so hard to find a business that values the quality of their work as well as the customer service. With all the chaos of wedding planning and only a week left, my husband and I didn’t get a chance to print out our engagement picture on canvas for our wedding reception. Kwik Kopy was there to the rescue! :) The owner eased my stress and told me to simply send the picture to her and she’ll work on it. All I asked was for it to be printed. I as lucky they were willing to work with me with such short notice. She went above and beyond and retouched my picture (and of course consulted with me before printing). She also printed out my wedding reception table numbers for me. It was all last minute and she made it all possible! She has such a can-​do attitude!
The owners are so professional and aim to provide superb customer service with high standards in their quality of work. I highly recommend Kwik Kopy! I came to Kwik-​Kopy to do some last minute printing for my wedding. I arrived during lunch time and was greeted by Daniel. Daniel was gracious enough to take a late lunch to assist me with my printing needs. He did a wonderful job and was very patient with helping me format my wedding programs, menu, and table numbers. He was quick with printing everything I needed and I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the excellent service and quality of the printing. I definitely would recommend others to use Kwik-​Kopy for any of their printing needs.

This is a small, neighborhood shop that really goes above and beyond for its customers. I am very happy with their service and will be coming here for my printing needs as long as I’m around!
I came here around 4 p.m. on a Monday to get some color copies of a client document that I needed for a meeting, which I wanted in a landscape booklet format with saddle stitching (using 11×17 paper for an 8.5×11 document). I also wanted them as soon as possible for meetings I had on Wednesday. Poor Daniel about popped a blood vessel when I told him what I wanted as he’d have to do a lot of the work manually, e.g., the formatting into a landscape booklet, the folding, the saddle stitching. I thought I’d spare the guy that headache and take it to a bigger shop, which I thought would easily have the capabilities to do it. Turns out, not so! FedEx on Homestead not only told me they couldn’t do exactly what I wanted, but suggested just printing it out on 8.5×11 paper and then either binding it (an extra $ 5 per copy) or just stapling it in the top left corner. AND they wanted to charge me $ 0.75/page, when Kwik Kopy said they’d charge me $ 0.40 for the same thing! I left FedEx and called Daniel as I was walking out the door, asking him to just print my document on 8.5×11 paper and staple it in the corner to make it easier on him.
Daniel called me the next morning around 10:30 a.m. and told me he’d have the job done in about a half-​hour. I swung by the store a little after 11 a.m., and I was surprised when he told me he didn’t do what I had asked him to do the previous day. He unveiled the document showed me that he had taken the effort to do what I had originally wanted – manual formatting, folding and saddle stitching and all, all for $ 0.45-$ 0.46/page!
It’s hard to come by folks who go the extra mile for you, but I’m glad I found them at Kwik Kopy! Not only that, but Daniel said I could email him any similar requests in the future, so I wouldn’t even have to come by the store just to give him the file. Thanks for the quick turnaround and excellent print job!

My colleague and I order all our employee business cards from Kwik Kopy Printing. Daniel and Corey have never disappointed us. They always send a proof before printing the cards and the cards are always delivered on time. Even when we have last minute orders and need same day delivery or expedited service, they never failed us!

I own a business in Campbell and have been going to Kwik Kopy for years. The owners, Corey and his wife, are an absolute joy. They are so easy to work with, readily understand my needs, do beautiful work, and are fast and efficient. Why go to one of those big impersonal chain places when you can go to Kwik Kopy?

In addition to providing very competitive prices he provides excellent service. Although he may sometimes sound pre-​occupied he always goes beyond the call of duty.

I was looking for a place to make some copies that was really close by where I work and I happened to find Kwik Kopy through a google search. As requested, I sent the man at the store a pdf of my wedding program and went in the next morning. The guy I had spoken to the previous day was refreshingly gruff and busy plowing through a huge copy order, but he agreed to try and print my programs on the cardstock I provided him with. Upon looking for my file, he said he must have erased it, so good thing I had it on my USB drive. He tried to charge me 10 cents a copy, but the cheap Chinese instinct in me kicked in and I asked him to lower the price to 7 cents since I was providing him with the paper and making multiple copies. He hedged, but I emerged the victor!!! hahaha… But wait… his machine couldn’t handle the cardstock so my sorry ass was booted over to Kinko’s, which did a fantastic job in a fraction of the time I spent at Kwik Kopy having my cardstock jam over and over again.
Moral of the story: Go to Kinko’s
