Welcome to InstaPix, the Bay Area’s Premier photo booth. Dressing up and being wacky is contagious. Hiding all this fun in a box is outrageous! Our modern open air photo booth can fit up to twelve people comfortably and is always the center of attention at any event. The large touchscreen monitor makes operating the booth a breeze. Grab some props, press start and get ready to strike a pose! Once finished, your photos print within seconds.

History

Established in 2013.

For the past decade and a half, I have been driven by a deep passion and interest in photography and graphic design. InstaPix was founded on the idea of artistic creativity and we pride ourselves in our customer service. Proper lighting, quality backdrops, creative props, and the top of the line photography equipment ensure that your photos come out perfectly every single time. Our booths are designed in-​house and built by a local, talented woodworker whose passion for woodworking mirrors our passion for photography. We are constantly looking for ways to be on the cutting edge of the photo booth industry. We realize that the event you are planning is an event of a lifetime therefore our mission is to always go above and beyond our customers’ expectations and treat everyone like family. Awesome photo booth service! I recently got married on November 1, 2015 at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club in San Jose. I was originally planning on getting a photo booth through my DJ, who also does photo booth, but my friend recommended Instapix to me so I decided to give it a shot. I didn’t really have a lot of expectations as I mean… I really just wanted to have a photo booth with some basics (props, back drops, unlimited prints) to entertain my guests. But to my surprise, Instapix did a great job and totally exceeded my expectations. Their photo booth is open air and really high quality. It blends in so well with my wedding decors. The back drop and props are also so high quality. I received a lot of compliments from my wedding guests. Hands down the best photo booth that I have seen. They also brought a marquee sign of our initials and I absolutely LOVEd it.

Where do I begin?
Love Instapix and Andrew! If I could give more stars, I really would.
For our wedding the past summer, we spent a good amount of time looking around for photo booths at various events since my mom and her friends love them so much. We initially booked with another company, but after so many discrepancies in our communication, we canceled our contract and shopped around a bit more. We saw Andrew’s photo booth at a friend’s baby shower, and seeing how nice the photos turned out, we were sold.
After we booked the event, Andrew promptly asked me for our wedding colors and soon sent me a well designed customized template. He was very accommodating for any adjustments we wanted.
Day of, Andrew arrived in plenty of time to complete the set up. I was pretty occupied that day, so I didn’t get a chance to check in before cocktail hour. All I know is when I walked in, it was set up beautifully with a gorgeous navy embellished backdrop, and it was one thing I didn’t have to think or worry about on a hectic day.
One of the things I really liked were all the props. So many companies charge for props, and even the ones you have to pay for aren’t necessarily fun or nice. Some of my guests went a little crazy with them, so I know they loved it!
At the end of the day, in a nice, decorative box, we received a USB flash drive of all of our photos along with a photo/​guestbook. And, it even had chocolate in it :)
I would definitely recommend for any event!

My husband & I wanted to make our daughter’s 7th birthday party fun and exciting.
We decided to have the venue in our backyard.
Besides the usual crafts, we were wondering how on earth would we be able to keep rambunctious boys and squeal-​ly girls entertained?
Thank goodness, we had Andrew’s Instapix photo booth!
Here are just a few reasons for the 5 Star worthy review:
1) Quality– the photos taken were top notch professional
2) Props– tons of costume props and prop signs, (really unique ones)
3) Customized– Every photo strip had the party’s name and password to download the pictures
4) Prompt & Accommodating– Andrew was on time and flexible in setting up in our backyard
5) Guests– our families & friends were dazzled and still talking about how it was the best party ever because of the creative idea of a photo booth.
With so many guests, we hardly had time to take personal pictures.
But thanks to the Instapix website, we have the «silly & the fun» captured!
Highly recommend Instapix for any special event.

My wife and I recently got married in November 2014 at the beautiful Hillsborough Racquet Club location and we chose Andrew’s Instapix photobooth for our wedding. What attracted me to Instapix was the outstanding quality of equipment used, the legit DSLR camera, to the modern and sleek setup, and MOST IMPORTANTLY the pictures came out nice and professional looking!
What stood out from Andrew’s Instapix was this:
1) Tons of PROPS to choose from, and they aren’t dingy looking ones.
2) Professional looking backdrops to choose from, and aren’t pricey like other places.
3) Templates to customize to your taste. Andrew is an awesome owner, and he is very personal in getting the template to what you want for your wedding.
4) Andrew. This guy is very personable, understanding, and professional.
We got our pics on a USB flash drive in a nicely decorated box along with a photobook of all the pics that occured during the night.
Seriously, I checked out a few and they were way too expensive or they were too amateur’ish. Instapix is perfect for a beautiful wedding and they definitely kept up to par with the décor for our venue. Thanks Andrew again and I will definitely use you again for kid birthdays in the future! Leticia and I, were 150% satisfied :)

I used Instapix’s Photobooth at my wedding and it was a blast! Andrew and his team were professional, quick, and fun! My guests enjoyed taking lots of photos, and multiple copies were distributed to everyone. Instapix has instant social media uploads, props, and tons of backgrounds. I’d definitely use them again in the future.
