Fantastic! We arrived without a reservation on a Friday night but the host was able to accommodate our party of 5 in the side room, which looks like it is usually reserved for large parties. It has a long somewhat high rustic table which probably can fit around 10 chairs. The place has a great atmosphere and with some partitions creation with barrel racks. Live music appropriate for this setting, and it wasn’t so loud you had to yell to your dinnermates to be heard. We were catered to by three employees. Our every need was met quickly and cheerfully. We shared a bottle of Martinelli Pinot Noir 2012 for three of us, while the other two has a craft beer and a glass of white. We ordered pork sliders, mac n cheese, pâté, salad, and a panini. Sharing meals is not a problem here. Service was quick, and wine glasses were refilled with perfect timing. We had a service animal with us and it was not a problem either.(I don’t even know if they noticed) I will return!

This quaintly elegant establishment is considered a wine bar. It hosts a half wall of champagne, white and red wines as well as two free standing wine racks about 4.5 feet tall. With flights of all thee varieties and a few that are varietals only like Pinot Noir, you’re sure to learn something related to world and local regions. If you find yourself in need for sustenance they also offer small bites that are more filling than a cheese plate and less than a full on appetizer from your favorite place. My personal favorites are the champagne flight– which changes every few weeks! And the smoked salmon dip with gluten free crackers! The happy hour menu changes daily so make sure if you love bubbles that you come Tues which is an additional glass of bubbly with the normal flight of 3!

Really nice atmosphere. Good wine selection. We choose the Queen Chardonnay and the Catch a Cab Blend. Sunday nights seem to be very quiet nights, worth sopping by. Salut

My husband and I visited CooperVino on a Saturday night around 8:30. It’s within walk-able distance from our place so we thought we would give it a try. The bar was relatively busy when we arrived. We waited for about 5 minutes for someone to take us to our reserved table. In my opinion, the bar needed more waitresses. We ordered the champagne flight, dessert wine flight, and 4 cheeses. We asked for our candle to be lit and for cups of water 3 times before these tasks were completed(after all of our wine and cheese came, 20 or maybe 30 min after we have been served and sitting). I get that the bar was busy and that maybe you can’t get to us immediately, but you can’t completely forget about us. There were two waitresses working that night. They were nice and courteous, though one of them maybe had a little bit too much wine on the job. Hey, it’s a wine bar, so I get it. The wine flights were ok. The cheese plate was great and came with warm bread, crackers, dried cranberries, olives, and nuts. The ambiance/décor of the bar was cozy and perfect for our date night. There was also live music since it was a Saturday. I feel the same way as a previous reviewer, if the wine bar had better food it would be a more fun spot to visit. I want to go again if the food menu improves, after all, nothing beats a wine bar that is walk-able from your house!

Wow! LOVE this place — so cozy, quaint with live music — and when there’s no live music the music they play is on point! The atmosphere is so nice — I keep saying cozy and that’s the feeling I have when I’m there. Just feels perfect… add great friends, good wine and some cheese I’m super happy and content… Thank goodness we had reservations! This place can get packed! They serve light meals like salads, panini’s and cheese platters. I do wish they had a cheese platter that included grapes and nuts. I love pairing my wine with cheese and crackers but also love having almonds and grapes too… the combo is pure heaven… But having said that — their cheese selections were excellent — we loved what we got and it’s very reasonable. I so thrilled CooperVino made their home in Cupertino and I look forward to many evenings listening to music and enjoying good wine with great friends!

I had SUCH a great experience here. One of my girlfriend’s recently got engaged and our group of friends came here to celebrate. For a friday night, they were rather empty but I think that is because they are still rather new and in a an awkward location– I hope that in the future they have better signage and people are able to find it more easily! We were a larger group so they gave us a private room. The service was really unbelievable! The servers took the time to really explain the small plate menu and the wine pairings. It took a while for each of us to get our wine but that seemed to be because they brought ours out individually, addressed us by name, and told us what our wines were. The food was really excellent. I loved my beet salad and my friend’s orders that I tried! I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes! Another detail that made a huge difference was that at the beginning the staff offered to divide our checks individually– I know that this usually seems like a huge pain but they were SO kind and hospitable about it. This was such a fun celebration and I can’t wait to come back for more!

This place is beautiful! Perfect for a date night, friend’s night, whatever night! I had made reservations and asked to be seated near the singer they were having that night. That didn’t happen unfortunately, but it was ok. Adding notes to the reservation doesn’t seem to do much. Anyhoo, the décor is beautiful and it’s pretty spacious inside. We parked in the garage on a Friday night and it was well-lit and easy to find parking. My family and I ordered the mac n cheese, sliders, cheese plate and the meat quiche. My dad and I ordered the flight of Cab. Mac n cheese — THE best. I would just east this if I could Sliders — just ok. Kinda cold, so not sure if the meet is fresh or it’s already cooked. It wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t super fantastic. The meat quiche — it’s basically like a big pie slice. It was actually pretty tasty. The cheese tray — we ended up ordering two! So yummy. My dad also ordered some olives and he said they were delicious. The flight of cab. — the first one was the best, the latter two were quite bland. I loved the décor and learned the owner actually designed it. He also painted all the pictures on the walls. So pretty! I would go back here again and now I know what to order and what not to order. Definitely a keeper. The only down side was acoustics. If you there to hear the live music, you have to sit closer to the bar as the tables has horrible sound and they don’t have speakers on that side.

What a beautiful new gem in Cupertino! We are really stepping up the classy game here. The best part are the owners. They are absolutely the sweetest people. Whats amazing is one of the is actually the artist behind the paintings. The food and wine here are beyond up to par! Great for small or large get-togethers!

I love small plates with wine so we were excited when this place opened, Pleasant décor, and great, interesting wine selection. Food so-so — truffle mac and cheeze mostly flavorless, tomato soup shooter with grilled cheeze bits lacking in oomph, Pork sliders were just ok For the price, I expect more. Also, the intrusive music was playing too loudly to talk, even when the place of mostly empty at dinner on a Wednesday, so this would likely be worse with more people there. Service good. I will try them again a couple more time, but I think they need to invest in a better chef, like they have at Willi’s Wine Bar in Santa Rosa to justify the prices, and then this place would likely take off as they are in a good location for tech companies’ employees(e.g., are near some Apple Buildings and a mall) with no comparable competition right there.

My friends decided to come here on a late Saturday night. My first impression of the place was that it was a bit hard to find considering there wasn’t a big sign in the front and only a few tiny signs propped up on the sidewalk in the side, front, and back. It is under a large apartment complex. My boyfriend and I missed the sign in the front since the cars parking on the sidewalk conveniently blocked it. However, once inside, it was decorated very nicely and had many small details. My friends had already gotten a table, but it wasn’t very packed. Our waitress was really nice. We ordered one flight of Rose and one flight of Pinot. Also, we got a tray of 3 cheeses. There was a live band and great music. Overall it was a nice experience and I think I would love to come back again and order a glass of wine as well.

Great selection of wines and very informed staff. Had some small plates and dessert it was very delicious. The Pinot flight was a welcome find, as I don’t think I’ve found an all Pinot line up at other spots. Tried the rosemary almonds as a snack and ordered the grilled eggplant and for dessert the peanut butter chocolate pot de crème. All were good but to be clear, as they say on the menu, it’s small plates which was exactly what I was looking for that night.

This wine bar is INCREDIBLY amazing! When you walk in the door, there is someone to assist you immediately, and also, will sit you in the best spot that they can. All, of the servers are very knowledgeable, of wines, but the very best is Mark, the fantastic owner of this wine bar. He is, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly! We would recommend him to anyone interested in Heavenly Wine flavors. :)

We were excited to have another wine bar in our area but I can’t say this place was anything special. Maybe it’s because they’re new, but every dish had something missing, and food arrived incredibly slowly. We made reservations for 5 people on a Wednesday night. Not needed — the place was almost empty(not a bad thing, they’re fairly new). Décor is lovely — love the stacked wine barrels, wood floors, leather stools and high ceilings. Wine — I liked my Wines of the World flight(a flight of international red wines) but I can’t say that I cared for the food. Food — I’d only recommend 1⁄5(not a good ratio here). This is what we had: Charcuterie plate: $ 62 for cheese, a tiny bowl of almonds, a few tiny slices of salami and prosciutto, and a few dips with no bread or crackers to dip it in. Pesto chicken panini: $ 14 for more of crunchy pesto bread with not much inside. Came with a few potato chips that were super stale. I think it was reheated. Beet salad: I love beet salad, but this is the only one I’ve ever disliked. It came with a few large slices of near-raw, crunchy beets, and one giant slice of goat cheese, and a few small pieces of lettuce. Truffle mac and cheese: I actually liked this one! It had good flavor to it, and was the only food that felt satisfying here. Pulled Pork Sliders: Served inside Hawaiian rolls. The pulled pork was pretty high quality meat, but these sliders were too sweet overall. They added cabbage slaw so everything was sweet — the roll, the slaw, the meat. it was a bit too much. All in all, the 5 of us girls shared these small dishes and only 3 of us had a little wine, but we paid $ 60 per person. TLDR: Come for happy hour, wine, and live music. But don’t come here for a meal. You’ll be disappointed.

Very stylish décor, tasty appetizers, fun with wine flights. Liked the owners, too. Delightful conversation about art, wine and food. Did not eat a meal or come on a music night. So you’ll have to rely on other’s reviews for those. But my lady and I very much enjoyed our visit.

This is my third time visiting Coopervino in three months and they just keep getting better with each visit! On our first visit, we had a selection of cheeses and meats. Wine was heavenly! On our second visit, we shared the salmon and paninis and the quinoa salad. We had a wine from Spain(I’ve forgotten the name but would recognize the label) that was delicious. This past weekend, we visited again, having another bottle of red from Spain and pork sliders, assorted cheeses and meats, quinoa salad and the marinated olives as tidbits to nosh on. This time, there was a trio playing music that reminded me of Ottmar Liebert/Gypsy Kings. They were fantastic! Coopervino, like a good wine, just keeps getting better each and every time we visit! I can’t wait for what they will have for the upcoming holidays! I wholeheartedly suggest friending them on FaceBook as they post their musical offering and classes and wine sampling events there. We’ll definitely be back! ;)

What a great find in Cupertino! Located near Valco mall… across the street from JC Penney. Don’t be fooled by google maps as they lead me to JC Penney, it’s actually on the other side of the street. The wine flights here are great! Depending on what you are in the mood in, they have 5+ different flights to choose from. They also have a nice(but small) happy hour menu. We ended up ordering a couple flights, a couple happy hour quartinos, and pulled pork sliders and the cheese plate. The cheese plate is well presented, and 25% off during happy hour. Our favorite was the sharp cheddar. There’s a feta that didn’t have much flavor… avoid that! The pulled pork sliders were very tender. The bread was the perfect texture as well… wish it had a BIT more flavor though. Overall, awesome place for a snack or to hang with friends. The décor is awesome and the waitstaff was very friendly. I’m not sure I would do a full meal here… but seems like a great place to relax after work or during lunch. For 3 of us, with plenty of wine and snacks during happy hour it only came to about $ 70. Not bad! Would give it 5 stars if the happy hour menu was a bit larger.

Another wonderful evening of great wine, food and entertainment. My mom had the pulled pork sliders and she said that they were delicious! I had my favorite roasted beet salad which was delicious as always. I was excited to learn that CooperVino will be hosting live music most Friday and Saturday evenings. Last night we listed to Brazilian music from Pablo Rivière. Check out the entertainment schedule @ .

This place is in a weird locale now due to the construction. It also is getting some of the fumes of said construction so it maybe better to wait for the site to finish. Asparagus quiche, a few salumi and mac and cheese were decent. It’s just hard to get over the chemicals present in the air for the time being. Id like to come back when the buildout surrounding is finished

I have been to Coopervino a couple times now and am really excited it has arrived! Everyone at the restaurant, including the owner, Michele, is extremely friendly and takes great care. The ambiance is very relaxing and it provides a nice break from the frantic pace of Silicon Valley. My coworker and I stopped in for lunch. We were surprised with a delicious sample of a watermelon/cheese appetizer. I ordered a sparking rose wine(delicious) and my friend got a ginger beer. For lunch I had the beet and goat cheese salad w added chicken. Let me tell you; they do not skimp on the cheese or beets or chicken. It was so decadent. I also tried their carmelized carrot side and was pleasantly surprised. Lunch here may cost a bit more than other places around Cupertino but it is worth every penny. Looking forward to their success and seeing where they go from here. A great spot for business lunches or happy hour($ 2 off wine and half price cheese plates). Also a great option for a private event. My company has had one here and has another planned for August.

Coopervino is a welcome addition to Cupertino, I attended a private dinner here last week and my party was blown away by the beautiful design of the tasting room and wine bar. There is also a great barrel room for private gatherings. I look forward to spending much time here in the future as my office is just a few blocks away. The wine selections here are varied from old world European wines to Australia-New Zealand to local California wines. There are even a few selections from wineries around the Bay Area. The prices range from mid 30’s to over $ 100 a bottle so most people should be able to find something that they like in their price range here. The kitchen offers a broad range of light California cuisine. We started with toasted Rosemary marcona almonds and goat cheese/almond encrusted grapes. We had a few salads that were delicious, the panzanella salad was especially delicious. It seems the kitchen will offer plenty of tasty options to keep wine drinkers sated and thirsty.
