Catherine Chen – State Farm Insurance Agent

My family has been with Catherine for many, many years. We have all of our car insurance, our home insurance, earthquake insurance and life insurance here and it is just wonderful. Catherine is always willing to help you if you have any questions regarding your policies. She also does annual policy reviews with you to make sure your insurance coverage is still appropriate.
There is always someone answering the phone during business hours. Even if they miss your call, if you just leave a message someone is bound to call you back within a few hours. The ladies/​staff who answer the phones are very knowledgeable and really really nice! I feel comfortable asking them questions and am confident that they are giving me the right answers and/​or explanations.
I would definitely recommend Catherine Chen’s office for insurance needs! :)

My family and I have had State Farm through Catherine Chen’s office for 6 months. We haven’t had any problems and I, being somebody who shops around for the best deal, would highly recommend State Farm and more specifically Ms. Chen’s office. My rate for 2 cars with 1 on full coverage, is the best price in town and includes roadside assistance for less than $ 5. I especially love the friendliness of the office and phone staff!

Came here when I was shopping around for car insurance policies. Not the most expensive, and not the cheapest. BUT! To me, the price is worth it. She is very easy to talk to, and helps you feel at ease and discusses with you the appropriate coverage amount «umbrellas». Very friendly to students and young people.

I’ve been a customer with State Farm via. Catherine Chen’s office for about 4 years now without ANY issues — that’s right from the point when I bought my first vehicle. In fact, I’ve gotten most of my friends move to State Farm too, to add to her list of ‘Satisfied customers’ :)
Her staff is very kind and helpful. Winnie, especially has always been of great help with finding the best policy & rates for me.
