C Alexandra Chang, DDS

Dr. Chang is a fabulous orthodontist! My 14 year old is almost at the end of her treatment. Dr. Chang has great customer care, is timely with appointments and maintains a professional staff and beautiful, clean, comfortable orthodontic office. I am very impressed with her. She is kind and gentle with my daughter and provides thorough explanations to me following every appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Chang to anyone that is looking for quality orthodontic care!

This is my GREAT Invisalign experience with Dr. Alexandra Chang. Since I am a Real Estate Professional, having a perfect smile is essential for my business.
My search for a good orthodontist began. I’d called and visited several orthodontists in the South Bay Area and narrowed it down to Dr. Alexandra Chang based on recommendations, her credentials, and a visit. I knew I made the right choice. The whole experience was GREAT!
When I came for the initial consultation at her office, I noticed that it was clean and inviting, reminded me of a Spa. Also, there are nice, comfortable, leather couches, the kind that I want to nap on. Also, there seems to be new equipment (new x-​ray machine, for example), and on top of that there is a large TV with cable.
She seems to cater to all types of patients. On my visit, there were young children and older professionals. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by the receptionist and made to feel welcomed. She was really friendly and helpful when I had questions. There was a short wait and then I met Dr. Chang. She is really friendly and personable. She made me feel at ease and explained what had happened with my teeth. She recommended Invisalign treatment.
The Invisalign started in 2013 and recently finished. Throughout the experience, I felt that Dr. Chang and her staff have been open and honest with me. Dr. Chang was clear with all of the steps in the process and was dedicated to making my smile perfect. In addition, they have always told me upfront what would be covered by insurance (if any) and what I would have to pay out of pocket. All the cost seemed reasonable to me. With each visit, the entire staff was very pleasant, professional, and extraordinary. Also because of my busy schedule, I had to re-​scheduled several appointments. Dr. Chang and the staff were always accommodating, helpful, and patient. At one point with the rescheduled appointments, the staff always called to check up on me.
Dr. Chang is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in an orthodontist. All my family, friends, and colleagues think my smile looks amazing and symmetrical. I’m lucky to have met Dr. Chang and sad that I won’t be seeing her and her wonderful staff as often since my teeth are nice and straight.

Came here for ortho consult. Paid $ 30 where as the other 3 places that I went to offered free consults (and took pics etc) I’m currently debating to use Delta HMO or PPO that my employer offers. This place was contracted with Delta HMO but there’s an additional 1K that’s added to my quote. «Records» I was told, for pics xrays, study model etc. I called DeltaCare and asked what’s included under the plan and apparently study models and panos are covered. There are some svcs that aren’t covered but I don’t think it should add up to 1K.
Anyway, so the consult itself was brief and not very informative compared to other ortho consults that I’ve had…, Why did I pay $ 30 to waste 30 min of my time. UGH. Thought of coming to this place first bc Cupertino office should be more reputable than SJ and such. What a waste of time and money.

Dr. Chang is a professional yet friendly orthodontist. She is conscientious and detailed. My daughter looks forward to seeing her on a monthly basis. Highly recommend her!

Met Dr. Chang at DK Dental when she joined DK as a temp orthodontist while running her own practice in Cupertino.
Her own practice in Cupertino is heaven while DK Dental is a complete ‘Screw and Drill You’ place.
This Cupertino location has new equipment for X-​ray, dentist chair, etc…
Dr. Chang is very detailed and patience. She is friendly with both kids and adult.
The best part is that she doesn’t pack appointments; therefore minimum waiting time.
In many places, you always have to wait for another 10−20mins past your appointment time as they packed too many patients in a day.
My wife says that Dr. Chang is hot too.
So if you want to see a hot, friendly, and good orthodontist, you know where to go now

Dr. Chang was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I came in for an initial consultation and decided to go with Invisalign treatment. I am a few months into my treatment plan and so far I am very pleased with results. Not only is Dr. Chang a great orthodontist, but she is also very personable and courteous. Her front desk is friendly and always makes me feel welcome whenever I come in for my appointments. The office is clean, well maintained and has a nice ambience to it. And the location is very convenient for me to get to. Dr. Chang is also flexible and accomodating when I need to make an appointment. I appreciate this because I work very hectic hours and can only come in during certain times of the day. And to top it all off, the cost of my treatment is VERY reasonable. Based on my experiences so far, I would recommend Dr. Chang to anyone seeking ortho treatment in the Silicon Valley area.
