Business Solution Center

I went here today in hopes of getting 2 watches repaired (one of them only needed a battery replacement). I came here thinking it was Rite Time (which is what it used to be called, but the ownership changed and the name has changed to R Time and it was doubled with the name «Business Solutions Center» which was a printing/​graphic arts service). I do think it’s very misleading that it says on the windows «Watch Repair» when the man at the counter specifically told me that he only does battery replacement and that I should go to this other place 2 blocks away from Lawrence to get a watch repair. He also kept saying the words «I don’t know» in regards to the other watch that was still ticking but was obviously off (that one would be the one that needs repair). The man who used to repair watches here used to also only charge $ 7 per battery change whereas this new place charges +$ 9. And the man who used to work here would actually keep the watch for a few days to monitor and make sure it was properly working. I have not used their printing services to this is in regards to the so-​called watch repair service they offer as well as the man’s lack of enthusiasm when it comes to service. He just appeared very bored and uninterested. My suggestion? The guy needs to get rid of the «watch repair» services as part of his business.
