Matthew Sipera a member of Horner Baker Partners is a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Georgia and Florida. Matthew works with homeowners, first-​time buyers, investors and homeowners relocating to Georgia looking to buy a home along the Georgia 400 corridor. Matthew is a Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE) who has successfully sold and bought over 100 short sale homes. His core values are respect for his client’s needs, good communication, and excellent customer service all which has made him a successful REALTOR®. Matthew was born and raised in Florida. He holds a graduate degree from the University of Central Florida which he graduated among the top five percent of his class. After graduating from university, Matthew began to invest in real estate and became a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Florida during this time he was also an entrepreneur building a large international distribution company. He moved to Georgia in 2006 and obtained his Georgia real estate license.
