Kelly’s Nails

Love this place! Every time I go my nails are perfect, and the gel polish lasts at least 3 weeks. Best nail salon I’ve been to!

This is the worst nail place I have ever visited. These girls obviously figure they’re next to Publix and are gauranteed business because the customer service is horrible. I went 5 years ago and had a similar experience, but decided to try them again.
1. The women wouldn’t even look at me as I came in. They cut me off as I asked for a manicure/​pedicure and told me to pick a color, again not looking up.
2. The pedicure and manicure were basic, like any other I’ve gotten. But when the girl painted my nails, she did it so quickly you could clearly see the two layers where they separated. What was worse she painted my nailbeds/​skin. It was clearly horrible. I just looked at her like… seriously. She didn’t give me a chance to complain because she promptly walked away after she was done.
3. After finishing my toes the second girl walked to another chair without a word to me and played with her phone. There was no «let this dry for a while» or anything.
4. Finally after sitting there stunned for a couple of minutes I knew I had to get the heck out of there. I interrupted the girl from her text or whatever to ask to pay. Ofcourse then as it was time to decide the tip she was bubbly and happy. She wasn’t happy after she saw what I left her.
I drove to another nail place down the street where they took the polish off my nails and repainted them because they stated «it looks like a 5 year old painted your nails.» Will not be visiting again.
