I did real estate in New York and New Jersey for 16 years. I did Property Management for 11 years and have experience in state, city, and federal property inspections. I made sure the properties and units were in compliance and up to code. I dealt with HUD REAC inspections and DCA as well. I processed all Move-in/Move-out inspections and turnover units. I made sure all units were in clean sanitary (broom clean) condition before Move-in and processed regular 6 month inspections to make sure the units remained clean as well as the grounds. Not wanting to do Real Estate in Georgia prompted me to start a cleaning company using the experience I have. My attention to detail, unique passion for perfection, excellent customer service skills, and business savy is what sets us apart from other cleaning companies.
