Alma made me wait 45 minutes beyond my appointment time. She asked another stylist to wash my hair so I was stuck waiting for her. I asked her why the delay and she had no real answer but she did apologize. She permed my hair and said she knew I did not want it cut much and was only cutting half an inch. I felt my hair under the dryer and a 2 inch section of hair was hanging in the back of my head. She cut 3 ½ inches total after «blending» the area she totally missed. The cut is young boy and has no style and the perm is dry and is damage, not curl. This was not my first time going to her, she was late the last time also and damaged my hair perming and coloring on the same day. I gave her another go because the first time I saw her she gave me a great perm and the style was cute. I believe she has the skill for the job but just does not care if what she does is reasonable or not.
