Results Realty Services was Established in 1998.
In April 1998, the mother and son team of Sarah and Terry S. began nurturing a simple dream. That dream has turned into a reality, which has greatly affected the real estate industry by surpassing all expectations. Sarah S., a Broker with one of the largest nationally known real estate companies, has over thirty years experience in the industry. Prior to beginning Results Realty Services Terry S. spent six years with one of the nation’s largest production builders. With over four decades of combined experience, Sarah and Terry have established a company that has created a new way of buying and selling real estate. Since it’s inception, the Results Realty Services family has grown to incredible numbers. We are like no other real estate company.

For over 20 years, I worked at UPS as their lead Automation expert! I took UPS from the stone age process of paper transactions to their current highly recognized automated tracking system. But I wasn’t happy! I had come from a Real Estate oriented family and the draw towards Real Estate was constant. In 2005, I made the decision to retire from UPS and transition into the Real Estate arena.
The rest is history… plus Yelp doesn’t give me enough room!
