The lady who answered the phone was very rude to me, a potential new customer. I had some questions of which she had no patience for. Going as far as to use lines, like … «well, if you knew anything about the locksmith business, you wouldn’t be asking such questions.» The very next locksmith I called, was courteous, helpful and we set up a service call. There are plenty of locksmiths, don’t waste your time with rude customer service people.
