Pizza was good, but the crust was lacking in true New York style. It was very thin and dense, lacking in the light crispness of true NY style. Ham and pineapple pizza was still very tasted. The area is lacking an authentic New York style pizza place, so we have to take what we can get :) Welcome to Allegany County, from a Jersey girl, who really knows what good pizza should taste like

Just moved into the Bel Air neighborhood, and so trying out the various pizza shops on McMullen highway is a priority. Ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and brought it home. While I’ve never had New York style pizza IN New York, it Davinci’s seems to be authentic to what I know of the style: a thinner crust that is crisp but not crispy, great to fold in half and eat almost like a taco. As far as flavor, there wasn’t a whole lot to it, but maybe that’s the hazard of just getting a plain pepperoni pizza; I’ll have to try one of the specialty pizzas next time around, and look forward to trying the wings and other menu offerings as well. The employee on the phone didn’t give me a time for when to pick up my pizza when I called, but I was pleased to find that it was hot and ready when I arrived at the shop less than 20 minutes later. Looking forward to seeing what Davinci’s has to offer as I spend more time in the area.

First time here. Had the wings, cheese bread, and Italian sausage sub. Everything was delicious!

This place used to be decent, unfortunately it has gone downhill. The prices haven’t gone down, yet the portion sizes have shrunk substantially and the quality of the ingredients have gone down. I think most people understand that when costs to a restaurant increase, the cost to the consumer does too. It’s something we can live with. However, when the overall quality of the product decreases it’s time to go elsewhere.
