I made my way here through past Unilocal reviews and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chuck and Jessica were fantastic at explaining everything to me. They helped me understand insurance and get me the best deal for my money. On top of that they gave me back my car looking brand new and better then when I purchased it used! I highly recommend them.

Ooohhh Exit 10… you’re brutal. Fortunately I was assisted by Cumberland Police (thank you!!!). A tow to CC and kind words from owner, Chuck, helped being me down from my hyperventilation cloud and settle in with two feet on the ground.
My experience was short (there was virtually no damage from the wee reflector sign) but calming. The tow ($ 82 — reimbursable if you have AAA) + 1hr labor ($ 60) got me back up and running in no time.

Chuck was very friendly and kindly explained all the work that had been done to my car. He also stayed true to his quote. Before they even began work, he called me to ask how I would like to proceed with a particular repair step on my vehicle and what it may cost. Additionally, Jessica up front was always courteous and very helpful over the phone. The shop did a phenomenal car repainting my car’s bumper and I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Thank you!

Amazing experience at Cumberland Collision!
I had damage to my car and on a recommendation brought it to CC expecting a hassle. Boy, was I wrong…
From the intital drop off, to keeping me up to date, Chuck and Jessica were professional, extremely pleasant and such a delight to deal with. Then even dropped off my finished car to my home while I was on vacation!
You cannot beat this body shop if you need repair work done on your car!

I’ve used different mechanics over the years and having recently moved, I was looking for someone reliable and nearby. I found Cumberland Collision on Google and the reviews here looked good so I figured I’d try them out.
Everybody was nice, from Jim in the back to the front desk personnel. More importantly, the work was done very well. I had new brake rotors and pads installed (I provided the hardware, they installed it). The brakes perform smoothly without any issue.
I dropped off the car at 9:30am and received a call at 3pm that the work was complete. Jessica at the front desk was nice and helpful. The owner, Chuck, came over and introduced himself as the owner and asked how I heard about them. I love when business owners actually take the effort to learn how new customers found them. Chuck was very nice and assured me if there were any issues with their work, to let him know. They don’t spell out any sort of warranty on the work done, but my impression was that if something went wrong within a reasonable window of time, they wouldn’t hassle me about fixing it.
Pricing was in-​line with expectations. My only critique is that when I dropped off the car at 9:30am nobody was at the front desk nor was there a sign saying where to go. I had to go into the mechanics area to find someone. It would be helpful to have a sign upfront indicating where to go so customers don’t just sit there and wait for nobody to greet them.

Chuck and Jessica are simply the best in the business. They have helped my family and I out on three occasions and exceeded our expectations every time.
If you want your car fixed quickly but more importantly correctly-​they are the team to see.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some help with their car.

I needed my side view mirror replaced and Jessica and Chuck worked with me to find the most cost effective solution — the best out of all the places I found! They were both really friendly and helpful. The repair was done quickly too!

So we had a little mishap with one of our cars, and it was towed to Cumbeland Collision. I had a nice call from the owner this morning discussing options and offering to help with my rental loaner from our insurance co. Chuck was as nice a guy as I have ever spoken to, was helpful and kind I feel so much better now. Offers honest opinions and good advice. I would highly recommend using him to anyone who needs a little work done (or a lot!) Nice to know that some good guys are still around!

I needed to have a deep scratch and a dent fixed on my car. Chuck, the owner, took time to explain to me how it would be done and gave me an estimate. His body shop uses a computer software that shows the breakdown of the labor, parts, charges etc. the shop itself is clean, neat and free of the usual automotive smells you encounter at small body shops. His secretary is pleasant and they do their best to accommodate client’s tough work schedule. So he gave me a much better estimate than the other body shops I went to and I felt comfortable getting the work done at his shop. The car was ready as promised in 2 days, and the best part is that they cleaned it for me! It was spotless and shiny. And it looks like I’ve never had a scratch there! I’m very happy with this body shop and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I’ve never ever taken my car to a repair shop and felt like I wasn’t getting screwed or cheated.
You know, «Hey, that air filter costs $ 90 and will take at least 2 hours to replace.»
So, after I crunched the side of my car and was referred to Cumberland Collision, I trudged in expecting the worst.
Instead, I found a really cool little shop, and the proprietor «Chuck» who I could hang out with and chat for hours. They fixed my car in record time and made it work out such that my insurance paid for what it should have.
2 months later, my 4 year old boy stood on top of my sunroof and shattered the mechanism inside. I called up «My shop» and they found me 2 junk yard replacement options for under $ 200 within 1 day. They got the whole thing replaced in 3 hours.
Plus, Chuck immediately remembered me on sight and picked up our conversation from where we left off 2 months prior.
When it comes to car repair, I’m happy to now say «I got a guy.»
