Bank of America

The last few times I’ve visited this location have been very disappointing! The hours of operation are terrible and the drive thru is open when they choose it to be, not when they advertise :/​grrrr

I had been banking with Citizens Bank for almost 10 years. Let’s face it, I’m not rich by any means but I have money and Citizens just wasn’t doing it for me anymore.
I’d been researching local banks to make the switch and of course I’ve always heard of Bank of America. After reviewing their checking/​savings/​CD options, I decided that I wanted to make the trip into an office and speak with someone to possibly transfer my account over.
I met with Maryann at the Cumberland, RI location on Mendon Rd. She was soft spoken, extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Maryann made the painful process of having to switch banks very painless and efficient. She was able to answer all of my questions right off the bat. I felt comfortable in speaking with her and trusting Bank of America with my money.
Customer service is definitely number ONE at this bank. They walked me through the entire process of using their ATM, along with online and mobile banking. When I came back the next day to make my deposits, Maryann waited in line with me at the teller to make sure the transactions went smoothly.
I feel very good about having moved my accounts over to Bank of America and it’s all because of Maryann and the wonderful, top notch customer service I received.
