I was a rookie when it comes to anything about eyebrows and this is my first time EVER getting it shaped. I super loved how the lady, Maya did it and wouldnt ask for a better price. Im having the easiest time filling them in when it comes to make up super satisfied!

Indira is great! I have naturally thick brows. She cleans them up nicely. Great service always.

Love this place! My eyebrows always look awesome when I leave. Took my man here too, and boy did they clean up his face well. We both look so fresh and so clean clean, and will be back in about 2 weeks!

I’ve been trying to find an eyebrow threading place since moving to LA, and everywhere I’ve been they’re either too expensive or they just don’t do a good job. I take my eyebrows seriously, so finding this gem right by my house was life changing. The people here are so nice, and threading is super inexpensive here! There is plenty of street parking, and sometimes I even park at the shopping center around the block so I can get some grocery shopping done as well.
I also recently needed a Brazilian wax, and realized they have that service here too! Win win. It’s only $ 30 which is such a great deal, and I can get my eyebrows done the same day! Also, if you get your eyebrows done here 10 times, you get the 11^th free. I have no doubt I’ll be doing that!

My regular place. They seem to be the only people that can actually make your eyebrows a great shape, even if you have short brows like me. Indira is the best, but Uma is pretty good too. They’re both extremely nice, quiet, and always call you «dear». Sometimes their breath smells like milk but that’s forgivable. However the last time I went got a woman I’ve never seen before and she completely butchered my brows, but I’m patiently waiting for them to grow back so Indira can take of it. Always recommend this place

If asymmetrical eyebrows are what you’re looking for then this is the place for you. Save your $$$$, they don’t know what they’re doing here.

Fast service. Normally, I do not have to wait too long. Wish they would hire more people tho. My eyebrows & upper lip look good after coming here.

Decided to come here after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed and not impressed at all. When I went in there was no customers, both ladies were watching something on youtube, The older lady was the one who worked on my brows (forgot to ask her name). I haven’t done anything to my brows in a month but I do have an arch that I like, so i told her just a clean up. After she did my first brow, she told me that my right brow was thinner. It actually wasn’t, I had a tiny bald spot on the bottom of my front arch that no longer grows any hair but you can still see my arch; I just fill that space with brow powder. So she decided to thin out the brow along the bald spot and continued on the left brow to even them out. I still had some long hairs, which she trimmed just the front. Yes, they somewhat look even but now I have brows that are thinner and with a totally different arch! Instead of my straight arch, I now have a surprised look with curved eyebrows!
I know I probably should said something but I didn’t…my fault. I guess I will be filling and growing out my brows again for the next month or two.

I always go here to get my waxing and threading done. Indria and Maya are both amazing. I’m super comfortable getting my waxing done too, always a good job and great conversations. Such great prices and they always take their time with me. I suggest this place to everyone!

The best! Having had my eyebrows f’ed up at plenty of salons and spas around town, I was skeptical of this place, but decided to come here about a year ago and was amazed at what a great job the did. Been coming here ever since. Especially love Maya, she has a gift for keeping brows clean, natural & elegant looking.

I love this place! Idira is my favorite but everyone is pretty good there. Eyebrows always look good! The only thing that I would change is washing hands between clients. They have hand sanitizer which they always use but a wash or more alcohol before each client. Parking is in the front meter usually pretty free. They are always nice

Indira is amazing. I got a Brazilian here, it was the least painful wax I’ve gotten. I shaved (don’t do it) recently before the wax and there were some hairs that were too short to grab with the wax strip. Indira put a lot of time into tweezing all of them away. Great customer service, and it looks awesome!
Price: $ 30 for a «front» Brazilian (+10 if you want the back done). There was a $ 5 discount on Mondays, Tues, and maybe Wed. In total $ 35. Amazing! Definitely recommend! :)

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Called earlier to ask how much Brazilian waxes were and also if there was a long wait. I was told $ 20 and no wait.
Upon arrival and after waiting 2 – 3 turns, the owner proceeded to tell me (when it finally was my turn) that if I don’t have an appointment then she can’t take me. Not sure why this wasn’t said from the moment I called because I asked specifically about a Brazilian wax. You could have also said that when I first walked through the door and signed in with the exact service I needed, having written down a Brazilian wax. That’s twice where she could have mentioned an appointment policy. All she could say was sorry, I would take you if you waited an hour. For reals?! Well, I’m halfway there!!! But seriously… not cool. I waited for you lady!
Next time… please just take a look at your sign-​in sheet OR articulate your appointment policy if you have one to avoid such situations. Extremely poor communication and complete disregard of customer service. Had higher hopes for this neighborhood spot, wishing the next customer better luck than me!

I’ve been here twice and waited to write my review to judge if my service was consistent.
The first time, all parts that my face that were threaded broke out in pimples because their hands were not clean. My face always breaks out when the person doesn’t throughly clean or sanitize them. The pimples alone make me unhappy with the service. My eyebrows looked good though.
I went again yesterday because everybody deserves a second chance. She had just recently washed her hands and she sanitized them. It was by the most painful threading experience I have ever encountered and I’ve been getting them threaded for 5 years now. And when i got home i realized she cut me two times and miss many hairs on my eyelids.
I won’t go back there again. And it’s the most I had paid for brow & lip ($ 14) for the worst service.

I’ve actually been coming here for awhile now, ever since my usual waxer just around the corner from this place kept burning the shat out of my eyelids the last 3 times I visited her. I had Unilocaled a few threaders in the West LA area and was also referred to this place by a friend. I was a bit hesitant to try threading after being devoted to how clean of a job waxing does, but decided based on the reviews, to give it a shot.
I have been going to Indira for the longest time. She is amazing, personable and very professional. I think she owns the place? And because of that I’ve seen her less and less at the shop. One afternoon when I desperately needed my eyebrows done, Maya was the only associate available. Fortunately, she’s just as good as Indira! I recommend both of them!
I never seem to have a problem finding meter parking on the street. And the prices are super affordable. Yup this is my go to brow place haaaay~

The usual waxer I normally go to could not fit me in so I had to go somewhere else. This is a family run business so they are very nice. Parking is ample on the street. just be careful when you cross Washington.
Unfortunately my last few times I have gone here. she hasn’t been very careful. In fact, I am very particular about the waxing done is pulled by the roots and not just at the surface. I think it has to do with the technique and wax. I can tell because when it grows back so quickly. I know something was not done right. Still. it’s better that European Wax Center (which I think uses really crappy wax).

This place wasn’t busy — went in over the weekend sometime.
Parked on a residential street & walked a block, not bad.
I believe I paid $ 5 for the brow threading, and maybe I just had really high expectations. I want someone to wax, thread, whatever my eyebrows that is good at giving them SHAPE. This is not my area of expertise, so I expect it to be YOURS if I come to you.
Overall the process was short, sweet, and cheap. I think I’d rather just pluck my own at home, b/​c I am not good at shaping them, and these folks weren’t either…
My favorite would be the brow bar at ulta (fox hills mall), for $ 20 — it’s worth the extra $ to have someone that can shape them for you.

Unilocal INSIDER TIP FROM DOREEN (AKA AZN PERSUASION): Probably the most inexpensive place in town (I almost don’t wanna share this secret gem); basic bare bones operation, but good quality! If you’re going for a waxing make an appt as Uma is the only one that does waxing. Street parking or park at Best Buy and walk over.

I will definitely be coming back here. The BEST part of this place is how sanitary they are when waxing. This is the ONLY PLACE (whether high end or not) where they put a small amount of wax in a little cup that’s just for you. They have the hot wax ready in a big warmer but do not double dip the stick. I wish I knew about this place sooner. Uma is fantastic. The prices and good quality can’t be beat. Love, love, love this place.
