Wendy’s

I believe this is the 1^st time to write a review on a fast food restaurant. This location is BAD.
Dirty inside, burger & fries served cold with no flavor and the help doesn’t have a clue. If management should see this review I would hope you might address the problem here.

2 years since my first review… and nothing’s changed at the worst Wendy’s on earth. I swear it’s somehow gotten even SLOWER! I don’t even bother stopping by anymore because it’s faster to sit down in a restaurant than wait for «fast food» in the drive thru line here.

Had lunch with a few co workers, none of us made it to work the next day. Come to think of it, this is the second time their food made me sick, and I’m not a picky eater at all. Bummer, the burger was good going down, the rest of the digestive experience was NOT!!!

The $ 4 special is good.
If you’re on a tight budget, come here. The $ 4 special offers a small burger, fries and a drink. I couldn’t complain. It’s not the best experience but it will get lunch out of the way. Service and dining experience is average at best but the employees were very nice.
They have a lot that gets packed because they share it in the plaza they’re in so be prepared to deal with people who don’t know how to deal with parking lots.

Slowest service I’ve ever had in my entire life. DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU. 11÷28÷15 @ 10:48PM.

This is the worse drive thru line! I have in the line itself for over 30 minutes and haven’t even ordered yet! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Management needs to get a clue about service actually means!

Unfortunately won’t be returning to this particular location. The amount of activity gave the impression that it was quite busy and I sometimes equate busy with fresher, hotter food because of the high turnover. After utilizing the drive thru to purchase our food we were disappointed to discover that it wasn’t even warm. My hamburger bun was still cold in one corner and the fries weren’t even lukewarm. I will make sure to check my food before leaving the vicinity next time but I will not go back to this Wendy’s.

This is hands down the slowest drive thru ever. And to make matter worse the dude at the window is chatting it up with people in line… shouldn’t take 25 mins to get a chicken sandwich at 1:30am.

The first two times I been here, the service was so bad I swore I wouldn’t come back. Tried it for a third time and same thing slow and rude service!

This Wendy’s is very good at getting the drive thru orders out quickly. Also, each time I’ve come here, the food has been hot and fresh, which i find to be the most important aspect of «eating out».

The cashier Karyn was very enthusiastic, precise with my order & fast! I loved her eagerness and great attitude. This made my day. My food was fresh and and I got it fast.

Really? Really? I just finished work and I was hungry so I decided to go to Wendy’s. The drive through was open so I decided to get a burger and they told me I have to wait 10 – 15 minutes for a burger. Keep in mind this is a burger place! I would understand if the ice cream machine was broken but their excuse was that they were cleaning their grill. I have worked in fast food places and I’ve seen inside Wendy’s before, they have two grills. Both grills should not be cleaned at the same time. A hamburger place that can’t make hamburgers. I am very disappointed with my visit and do not advise anyone to go with you. The service is absolutely terrible. While i was in the drive through people were singing and dancing. I understand it is good to have fun while doing your job but sometimes you need to be serious.

im not a big fan of Wendy’s to begin with
but what the hell at least clean your store, if theres dust bunnies in the corners to me that means you havent cleaned the place for a long time or at least no properly
and the staff has an attitude when you tell them about
is it too much to ask to keep the place you’re preparing food clean?

They suck

Basically a fail as I ordered in the drive-​thru and by the time you find out that the burger is not that hot and the bun is greasy it’s too late to do anything about it. My warning is to check out your order and to make sure the food is hot before you leave Wendy’s.

Jenne is the most amazing person of all time.
Seriously haven’t experienced customer service that good… ever.
I mean, Wendy’s is Wendy’s at the end of the day, but Jenne went above and beyond and was super fun, charming, helpful and gracious.

I like Wendy’s food. The quality at this location is consistent and service is pretty good at the drive-​thru. Unfortunately, this Wendy’s is not in the best neighborhood and it can get uncomfortable when panhandlers hang out at the drive-​thru.

I try not to eat fast food too often, but when I do… Wendy’s is a good choice. Their burgers seem a lot fresher than most places. They also have better side choices. Most places just have fries and other fried items… but Wendy’s offers baked potatoes, chili, etc. Everything is flavorful.
They also have great ice creams and shakes. Good place to go if you’re hungry and want something good for cheap. Drive-​thru is open 24 hours which is a plus.

This is the only decent Wendy’s location in for those who aren’t living east of downtown LA (SGV). The food comes out quick and fresh, and it’s consistently good. This restaurant is hard to get to when coming from the west, but there’s plenty of parking spaces. There’s also no wi-​fi at this location.
Don’t expect too much when it comes to friendliness or sense of safeness here, but Wendy’s is a great chain and nothing will stop me from patronizing my favorite fast food restaurant chain. This was where I first tried their flatbread chicken sandwich! mm :)
