BEST SERVICE EVER ! guy name David gave me the best service ever, helped me out so much on my order, I will always come here now thanks to that dude, very polite and I recommend him for a raise or management, I will always be here now

Extremely slow service. I will not be returning to this location.

This Subway has the best manager. But the owner what can I say… we provide good customer service… have fun been here

Well I usually love Subway but I wasn’t too impressed with this one. The woman who served us was rude and the sandwich was mediocre.
Though it void of people and noise I had to repeat myself several times because she wasn’t listening and either disagreed with my options or surprised by them but she continued to add the wrong ingredients to my sandwich.

Everyone knows Subway and what there all about. This is the Subway that I visit the most. Convenient, great service from friendly employees and of course, great subs! Best of all… its FeruANY!

Subway is the only fast food I eat. Much healthier and tastier than the burger joints. Pay attention to the assembly line, you can pretty much customize your sub without spending more money.

As long as I’ve worked in the area, this was the first time I got food here. I was walking on my way back from the Brotman Medical Plaza on my way back to work and figured this would be quick and easy. It was. It’s pretty much on par with every other Subway I’ve ever eaten at, and it was prepared fairly quickly. I’d go back if so inclined for Subway.

I walked a ½ mile to this store to find no one in the front. Waited almost 5 minutes for someone to walk around front and notice me. I asked about the buy one get one free 6″ deal, and the person said they didn’t know anything about that. I then pointed out the sign hanging under the menu advertising it, and he acted surprised and finally said «yes, I guess we can do that.» When I began ordering, he interrupted me saying that the deal only applies to bacon-​egg-​cheese. I told him the website said it applied to all 6″ subs, and he just refused to help me. I asked for the manager’s name and left. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS.

Great convenient location for subway for people pickup some lunch while waiting at the bus stop.

I had such a pleasant experience this morning I just had to share.
I work in Culver City and more often than not I end up somewhere for a bite to eat in the morning. I’m probably tired and need to get going, and usually whoever is behind the counter on any given day is much of the same, tired and just trying to get through the morning. But this morning, for whatever reason I decided I wanted a sub sandwich for breakfast, and I was greeted by Swati who was so damn chipper I just had to give her a shout out. Where I’m used to seeing tired faces she instead was upbeat, very friendly, and even had a good laugh with me about having so many onions on a sandwich this early in the day.
This Subway shop is much of the same food wise but I will say it’s always been perfectly clean and the staff are usually efficient and friendly, but Swati definitely takes the cake. The service industry is expected to be friendly, but she seems genuinely kind and I appreciate that, ESPECIALLY that early in the morning.
