Sprint Store

Horrendous, incompetent customer service. Not only did the five people «working» not know how to handle my issue (emails not pushing to my device), but they deleted my email account without informing me that, in doing so, they would be deleting all of my Notes as well. Unretrievable and not-​backed-​up, I lost 92 items that I needed and valued. When I called in to ask for assistance, I spoke to a man named Antonio who was extremely rude and apathetic. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he’d call me back and he never did. Not only is this store unhelpful, they’re a liability. Do not trust your technology or important data to them! I never got the notes back, even after going to the Sprint store in Burbank, which is another whole ball of garbage.
As soon as I can, I’m taking my business back to AT&T.
UPDATE:
Just got off the phone with Edward, the manager, after calling back for a third time. Equally irresponsible and callow, he told me, «I didn’t delete nothing off of your phone.» He offered zero recourse for retrieval, absolutely no sympathy or customer service, and tried to blame the incident on me. I told him he needs to find another line of work because someone came to him for help and he made things even worse. And then didn’t even offer to apologize for his fault in the matter.
The lack of professionalism here is staggering. I reported this store to the main customer service. With any luck, they’ll shut it down.
