Skate Brian Cooke

Brian is an excellent skater and a great coach. No matter is it is a group class or a 1 on 1 you will get the attention and skills that you need. He teaches an awesome Sunday morning Power class. Not only is it a good cardio workout it is also a good skill workout. Adult & kids are welcome. He has taught my son for a year and half and I can see his improvement with every private, group or team class. He is strict but kind. Lets see what he can do for my husband!!!

In an fast paced hour every Sunday, Brian Cooke shares his talent and skill with a group of ice hockey players both young and old, aspiring to elite, man or woman. The Power Stroking Class not only challenges our ability and endurance, but leaves every student on the ice looking forward to the next opportunity to train with Brian because it is a blast. I take the class with my eight year old son as much as possible. It is a great father son ritual for us and is an essential part of my weekly workout schedule. Very quickly, I began to notice significant improvement in my ability to access my body’s «power stroke» by watching Brian execute the drills and coach me into better form, balance, and skill. Both my son and I have met goals and set new ones as we continue to challenge ourselves to become better at the sport of ice hockey. I was watching a game the other night, I found myself paying attention to the players’ reaction to the puck. I thought to myself, these are exactly the moves we were working on with Brian in class. Just go. It’s fun.
