Don’t shop here. Don’t have jewellery made of repaired here. The manager, Sunny, makes false promises, makes up prices and does not stick with his word. If I could give a –5 for this place I would. I left six diamonds and asked him to make a ring for me. We took photos, we talked at length about the design which was very specific. He told me it would be ready in a week, making it Christmas eve. When I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. He told me three weeks it would be ready. When I went to pick it up then, they design was, at best, cheap and nasty. This was only the beginning. Three months later I finally go to pick it up with my friend who is a lawyer. It was done but on closer inspects at home that night I noticed that they had takenthe gold from around one of the diamonds. It was awful. Never. Never. Never go there. Ashley are a huge rip off and they insist on cash only up front.

If I could give this place a negative –5 I would. I was in L.A. for Christmas for a week and decided to get my rings re-sized. I was low on dough after Christmas shopping so went booth to booth in the mall to see who could my engagement ring and wedding ring before I caught my flight home on Monday morning. I dropped it off Thursday night and told them ITMUSTBEDONE by SUNDAY night, because I leave Monday morning. «No problem!!» $ 75 dollars paid at drop off. Monday morning on my way to LAX I stopped by to pick-up my rings. «HMMMM I don’t see them» and a lot of back in forth in a foreign language had me boiling with rage. Its not ANY ring, these are my WEDDINGRINGS. I had the reciept and claim tag #. Still nothing. One lady on the phone and another running around in and around looking. After 20 minutes they figured out the rings were at the Jeweler«in Riverside about 2 hours from here». My flight left in 2 hours. No apologies, no refund, nothing except«walk around and the jeweler is coming in 2 hours». I had to pay SouthWest a flight change fee and after 2 ½ hours my rings were there. Still no apologies or refund offer. I asked to speak with a manager. No response. Can I have the owner/supervisors info? No. There is no owner. Can I have YOURSUPERVISORS contact info. They gave me a business card with some scribble. So mad but not about to miss another flight I stormed off. If I had paid with my credit/debit I would’ve had the charges reversed. Damn you Cash.
