I’ve been a Nirvana customer for many years and I’ve always had great experiences in the store and with the owner. They carry everything you could ever want and the prices are reasonable. First I want to thank Linda for all her helpful knowledge and the rest of the staff for the friendly experience. I went in not knowing much about how this whole vape experience worked and I walked out well informed and confident that I got the tools I need to finally quit smoking cigarettes (at a pace that works for me) she showed me numerous vape pens and cartridges and was able to answer all my questions! Not only were my nicotine needs met, so were my medical needs as far as a good utensil! They have some really nice pieces. I’m super happy I found this place and someone I can count on to help. The only reason I give 1 STARS is because I have to, to be able to write a review. I’ve been there multiple times so this review is based on multiple experiences, I know all the staff there the blond girl, the bearded guy and the 2 other guys with long hair. This place is horrible, the customer service is horrible, I wonder why do you guys even wake up to go to work it seems to me you hate your life and your job so much that you take it out on your customers. I opened a Unilocal account just to write a review about this place. I wonder how people give this place 5 stars it’s shocking to me. Don’t waste your time, worst place in town and super expensive.

This is definitely the best shop in Culver city. for one thing they are open later than cigzone. which is awesome because I always find myself in need of a store like this after hours when most are closed. They have an excellent selection with decent to moderate pricing. I dont expect to pay the same price in culver city that I would downtown or at the beach because other wise I would have gone downtown but Nirvana is the most convenient shop for me. I will come back every time!

Good store with a great inventory. They have all the accessories you could imagine and flavored cartridges for vapor thing. The staff can give you advice on how best to use your next purchase and you can be very candid with them as well. Some prices on the glass are a bit «high»

Horrible customer service
I bought a G Pro vaporizer pen and within the first few days it already didn’t work properly. It would turn off on its own, even with a full charge, I would wait for the device to light up green (which means it’s ready to use) and it would immediately turn off after. This happened several times!!! I brought it into the store just 4 days after buying it to see if they could exchange for a working one and turns out they refused to do it. What kind of policy is that? A four day old product that’s clearly defective and they can’t do ANYTHING? They told me I HAVE to go through grenco and their warranty process. What a load of shit. Fuck this place. Buyer beware. Make sure you test out your product in their store before you walk out with even. Even then they probably won’t help you and will tell you to go through the warranty.
Not to mention it’s overpriced. I wish I would have checked the manufacturers website before I bought the pen at Nirvana.

No need to go anywhere else! Decided to move up from an e-​cig to a proper vape pen today. Monica was extremely helpful and ended up setting me up with a nice starter pack. They have a really nice selection of E-​Juices here along with all forms of tobacco and pipes… including a VERY nice bong selection.

I bought a tri-​fecta vaporizer. Because I wanted to use for wax, oil, juice, and herbs. Spent over $ 100. The lady showed me how to use it except her instructions were wrong which caused damage to vaporizer. I left my number for management to work with me to fix or replace they never called. So now I’m out of money and time. Shame on you !!!

Hate that I can’t remember our favorite dude’s name that works here… But this place is great. Super knowledgable and friendly, we might move in. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner is super friendly too.
We even called 3 minutes before they closed and said I might be a few minutes past closing and they told me no problem take my time. They weren’t even pissy about it.
I just picked up some loose rolling tobacco and got the sommelier of smoke treatment from the guy whose name I can’t remember! Jason? Jeremy? Sorry dude, I’ll ask again next time!
