We bought a very nice new sofa for only 595 dollars. Next day delivery for only 50 bucks. He arrived exactly at the time I expected him, assembled the sofa and put it where I wanted it. Very friendly people, great furniture for reasonable prices. Love it!

The«owner» was rude and condescending, insisting on showing us the cheapest looking furniture in the store. For some reason it turned into a pissing contest in which this little Asian man felt the need to flash his wallet and the few 20 dollar bills inside of it. He told me, «I’ll buy chairs from you instead». «You bring them here and I’ll pay cause you’ve got nothing» Didn’t they have 3 or 4 locations close within the last couple years? It’s no wonder why, with poor customer service and overpriced trash he calls antiques. Thank God for HD Buttercup, we ended up getting an amazing kitchen table and our experience their was nothing like natural-tique. It must have been my shorts and baseball cap that thru him off but my Girlfriend looks and smells like money from a mile away.

I was looking for a solid wood bed set for a reasonable price. Most of the stuff you find these days is either composite wood(wood shavings made into a pulp, not plywood, so it’s super-cheap quality) or $ 3k for solid wood. We wanted a modern look. My mom suggested we try this place. She first found it when looking for a modern platform bed frame on which to put her new mattress, which was a new waterbed mattress(very heavy). We worked with a lady who helped us each come up with dimensions, colors, and styles for our sets. 6 – 8 weeks later, they called and our furniture was ready, so we set up a time for them to deliver — up 3 flights of stairs! I was wary at first, but the quality is good. The legs are boxes made from plywood and the wood is two true platforms for the mattress. All wood that shoes is made of solid pine, which is painted a dark espresso color(they do staining also). The only thing I noticed is that they don’t entirely paint the bottom of the furniture, so if I’m lying on the floor stretching, I can see the unfinished parts, but nobody looks under there. Overall good work and I would happily work with them again.

One of the worst experiences in rattail sales that I have ever had. They do not stand by their work and their work is very poor. I am so disappointed. Our custom cabinet was made in a way that is really not usable and they refused to make the necessary repairs. The owner has the most rude manner as well.

I’m surprised about the bad reviews on here. I can only speak to my experience, but mine was positive. I saw the item online and made arrangements to come pick it up in the store. The guy I spoke to helped put the item in my car. The item was accurately described. He was friendly and nice. I bought a steelmaster cabinet with many drawers to hold my daughter’s toys. While I was there I looked around and saw they have a lot of nice vintage stuff. Of course, if you’re not into buying/collecting vintage furniture, the prices for used items might seem high to you. However, I thought most of their prices were reasonable. When I walked in(before he knew I was the person there to pick up a specific piece of furniture), the guy wasn’t overly friendly, but he acknowledged me. This is perfect because I hate when people seem too eager or pushy to sell you something. It was a simple and easy transaction and I’m happy with my purchase.

I live in the area and always see this place. They have old shyt sitting out front that is really expensive. Like an old student desk from the 1970’s or some old looking stove. I guess some of the junk could be good film making props. Anyway I stopped in with a friend and male and female were feeding their faces and didn’t bother to acknowledge us. We looked around the store a few minutes at their high priced junk and walked out. A minute later I walked back in and thanked them for their poor customer service and told them I was giving them one star and walked out. I’m not sure how some of these business stay in business. I only gave them two stars because some of there stuff is kinda cool. I want to be acknowledged as a customer when I walk into any retail store otherwise they don’t get my cash ha!

BUYERBEWARE!!! BEDBUGS This place has a lot of interesting and cool unique pieces. I went in there for a sofa, found a BRANDNEW one that I loved, and the sales lady was quite helpful. They delivered it 20 min later too. By the next night, I was covered in bug bites. Trying all week to figure out what’s going on, realized that the couch they sold me(which was supposedly brand new) was INFESTEDWITHBEDBUGS. I called the store as soon as I realized what was happening and spoke with the same(previously) nice woman who sold me the couch. She immediately became combative, told me that I had the bed bugs before I got the couch,. that there was no way I could prove they came from her store, and she would absolutely NOT issue me a refund of any type. Instead, she offered to replace my bed bug infested couch with a new one. WHYWOULD I WANTANOTHERCOUCHFROMYOU!!! I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, and will deal with her ridiculous attitude so that I don’t have to. After this conversation, I had my friend call because she was being so difficult to deal with, she told him that she had bed bugs at her own house, and that they were no big deal because everyone had them. No big deal!!! I’m going to have to replace half the furniture in my house because of this woman and her hygiene issues. I am absolutely furious with this woman, the store, and how she handled the problem. I will never return and will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.
