We have gone a few times when we get a sweet tooth in the evening around 930pm. 5 out of 5 times we have been told that their ice cream, shake machine was not working. For a place thats open 24 hrs its hard to believe that they have faulty machines in the later part of every evening. Probably because they have lazy employees. So we will not be going back

They do something amazing here. If you ask them for edible Bacon on a «Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit», they take your old sandwich and pick off the burnt nasty bacon while someone makes a fresh piece, then they smash it all back together(with an attitude) and give it back. The last time I was in there, after the 3rd try to get 1 single breakfast sandwich that I could eat I just gave up and asked for my money back. You would think that a sandwich with 4 items in it could be made the same most every time, but here it’s like playing the Lotto. Pitiful to see a huge chain with practically no quality(or service) control.

Remember when we were kids and we played the telegraph system? When one person would speak into someone else’s ear and that individual would then pass the message along into someone’s ear, etc. And by the time the message got to the last individual the message was either right or totally wrong? Well that’s what it’s like with this place. Ordered one 1 mcchicken sandwich and 1PLAIN hamburger. The lady who took the order seemed unfamiliar with the machine and we had to repeat the order two or three times. When we went to the pay window the young lady(who was very polite and friendly) had to review her order screen and then asked if we had ordered a mcchicken sandwich with a hamburger? We emphasized we wanted a PLAIN hamburger. Then we drove up the food pick up window. The young man(who was very polite and friendly) handed us our order and notified us that our sandwich and hamburger was in the bag. We then asked is the hamburger plain. We were told yes. When we got home, there was one mcchicken sandwich and 1 regular hamburger with all the fixings. And that, is the theory of the telegraph system.

Most Horrible McDonald’s I’ve ever known. Not only once, 3,4 times… (1) I stopped there to get a fish sandwich for snack because I just I felt like for it, and got fries and nuggets too. After I got home, I noticed there was no fish sandwich in the bag. I decided to forget it. (2) I went back there recently, and ordered a couple of meals and 2 cheeseburgers. Again, 2 cheeseburgers were missing, and no dipping for nuggets. I can’t remember the other times, but I’m sure I will never go back there again. It’s just McDonald’s, but we want to get the right stuff for what we pay for!

Horrible customer service. Cashier at the front starts to take my order, and someone today him to go to break. He literally walked away and went to break, no joke!

Way to kill the American dream. I ordered a Big Mac the other day. Everyone knows that this is the worst food on the planet to eat, that it eviscerates your mind and body. But I have wonderful memories of eating the Big Mac in the late 70’s. 1. The place smells like the red box in the dr.‘s office where they dispose of puss soaked rags after they do the boil popping. 2. The big mac is a bite size piece of crap. Unmelted cheese, TINY patties of pink slime. Conclusion– They can’t even microwave their food right. Come here to get your beetus on. F–

Hint guys… it’s called FAST food. After 15 minutes to give an order and 20 minutes waiting for the food, I just got my money back and left. Nuff said.

Decent sized parking lot and lots of tables inside with a play area. Eight minutes for them to make my order… Basic chicken mc wrap, fries and drink combo. The order taker was a senior Hispanic lady who was slow and had a heavy accent. I told her what I wanted then asked multiple questions on what I had already told her. Many people were waiting s long time too. Not that many people in the place or the drive through … So they were either understaffed or slow. The mc wrap was made correctly and the fries were just okay and needed a pinch more salt. They finally improved the packaging on the mc wrap! They added a paper sleeve in between the cardboard box and the tortilla so it doesn’t spill out like before. Unfortunately it wasn’t wrapped completely on the bottom so the dressing will drop out when you get towards the end.

Stopped in for just a large ice tea but my boyfriend and I just decided to stay and eat because… after looking at the fresh meals in front of us– we couldn’t resist(well– guess the diet starts tomorrow, lol!) It was a unique in style compared to other MD’s; with floral center pieces and a cool décor. The customer service was above expectations… kudos to the two guys that check on us at our table… I was almost inclined to leave a tip!

0 stars if possible. Very nice employee but manager was very rude. They charged me for something I didn’t order. I asked for any desert instead and she refused. I got upset and just asked for a refund. This place is terrible. I c omw here with my friends once a day. Not anymore..

I really loved the customer service. From the drive thru lady named Jasmine. She was patient enough to let me think what did I want to eat .I need to admit that was the best customer service. Thanks for this wonderful experience Jasmine 4÷28÷15.

This location always gets your order wrong going through drive through. Constantly have to double check the order then park and go inside for it to be corrected. At this point I avoid this location at all cost.

3 weeks ago I posted a review of this particular location because I was SO disappointed with the service. Again, as before, the food is always terrific, fresh, hot & yummy. But the service. Oh my Lord. Once again, I have to complain. It’s mind-boggling how this place just can’t seem to get their s&*t together on late night drive-thru service. As I do once a week on my day off, I come here to get my Sausage McMuffin w/Egg, hash brown, &OJ breakfast fix as my weekly fast food«treat». I pulled up at about 5am or so. The order box screen was pitch black. I wait a few minutes. Nothing. So I pull ahead to the window. Two young Hispanic females have their backs to me apparently gossiping away. I wait to be noticed. Nothing. Finally I shout«Helloooo!» and they turn around. One of them opens the drive-thru window and greets me. I tell her the order box screen is black and not operating and she replies that the battery must be dead and that she will let someone know to fix it. Clearly I am annoyed by now(what’s new at this place), so I ask her if I can just place my order with her directly. She says«Well, my shift is over, but I guess go ahead.» As if I am bothering her. Really? So she takes my order, gets it right thank God(which is a plus), and I finally leave. But good God this place needs serious customer service training. You know it’s bad when you come here EXPECTING to deal with some kind of B.S. because that has sadly become the«norm». This is not the way it should be. Too bad Store Manager Jorge Arias doesn’t seem to read the Unilocal reviews or give much of a cr*p about training his staff on customer service. I come here because it is by far the closest one to my home, but I will give this place ONE more shot next week. If it’s sub-par service yet again, I will have no choice but to drive to the Lincoln Blvd. location in Marina del Rey from now on. That would be a lose-lose. But does McDonalds really even care about losing one little customer? Maybe not, but they should.

Just went there with my family to celebrate my kid’s Birthday dinner and their playground area was closed because the AC unit was broken. Seriously, who needs an AC unit at night??! We had to find a new location and relocate the party elsewhere becuase the manager would not let us in. Not cool! We will never return here.

Sure, it’s McDonalds, where the menu is standard throughout the country. However, I find it disappointing that with a process as simple as pushing a button on a machine, the staff here STILL can’t get my iced coffee right. Three times I’ve ordered an Iced Coffee, just ice and coffee in a cup, nothing else, and ALL3TIMES it came with sugar and cream and fake vanilla flavoring. What is so hard about putting coffee, from the automated machine, into a cup with ice? Clowns, all of them. But at least the Breakfast Burrito is cheap and tasty.

Friendly guy working behind the counter, but I ordered an iced tea(specifically), only to walk over to the self-serve beverage machine to find no iced tea. I’d have appreciated a heads up that there wasn’t any, as I wasn’t wanting a carbonated beverage. One of the ice machines was broken, too, and the interior of the place could have used a scrubbing.
