Came in with a screw in my tire and had it repaired in about 20 minutes and it didn’t cost much. Great experience all around.

Had a great experience! I needed new tires and had been shopping around. I felt a bit intimidated to go into a shop because I had been to other tire stores where they try to up-​sale, however it was a pleasant surprise how friendly and professional the entire staff was. They helped me find the right tire at a great price! I’m very happy with their service and quality of care. Would definitely recommend!

Danger! Avoid Just Tires. This team stripped the lug nuts when putting on new tires to my car. Now the tires will not come off and I’m completely stuck. Beware and avoid this place, they damaged my car and would fix at their cost.
Just Tires staff claims the reason why they stripped the bolts is that Dodge makes weak bolts. Their claim is the bolts being stripped was not the fault not the operator/​tools. Just Tires only repaired the bolts at my cost of ten replacement bolts. I also had to pay for the tow to Just Tires.

Got a flat tire, called it a bad day, Search around area tire shop and found Just Tires in Culver city on this
soon as pulled inside of almost empty lot around 5 pm. john or Jonathan whatever Skinny black dude called himself a manager show up and what was problem, said got a flat need to patch, here he comes. look at me and looks inside of the car, said 35 $ for patch and make emergency 20 $ something more. Hope they expect plus tip too. Clumsy Mechanic guy named Ricardo took an hour patch. they trying add inspection {of course with extra charge}.
They ask me to pay with cash no receipt and direct to mechanic. This place fucked up y’all.
I’ve been driving 15 more years, never seen anything like it!

This is the second time I have gone to Just Tires. The first time was a year ago when I got a set of new tires for my Mercury Mariner. That experience was fine, no-​hassle, nothing unusual. Today, I had to get my wife’s car’s tires checked out because of some sidewall damage. I had taken the car in first to American Tire nearby, because they had a better star rating on Unilocal (4 vs. Just Tires 2.5). Rather than trusting my personal experience, I let the star rating decide it for me. Ironically, as I write this review, — big mistake. My main beef with AT was that they said all tires are made in Asia or South America when I asked for American-​made tires. Then the guy proceeded to lazily look around but came up empty, all shoulders — «I’ll have to order them for you». I turn around and and the first tire I look at says «made in USA» on it. Also, when he looked at my tires, he said I needed a set of 4 new ones with just a glance. I said no thank you and went back to Just Tires.
Mario at Just Tires was fantastic. He came out, said that the sidewall damage without any bubbles doesn’t mean much and then checked the treads with a meter. The treads showed yellow, so I plan to replace all 4 at Just Tires in a few months. He also had no problem finding 2 tire models (not the cheapest) that were made in USA. I will be getting one of these on my next visit. I will not go anywhere else — you have earned my loyalty!
Mario — your professionalism and honesty are superb. You and Just Tires should be an example to others in the industry.

Don’t come here if you want a tire repair they will lie about some policy to persuade you to get new tires instead of fixing the existing. Be aware just don’t bother wasting your time here.

I had a nice, flat tire on my way to work one morning and decided to get my car towed here.
Although a few people were waiting, Mario took care of everyone as quickly as possible. It was a Sunday morning, so I guess they did not have as many staff as on a weekday.
I had planned to buy all new tires soon, anyway, so decided to go ahead with it here. Now there’s peace of mind when driving on four new tires and new alignment. When it comes to safety, one (or rather four) thing you don’t mess around with is tires.

This place was terrible. I came in the get a nail taken out of my tire and it took almost 2 hours on a Monday morning! The sign says 30mins for tires. The front desk was slow and very vague about how much time it takes to fix my vehicle. If I would have known it was going to take so long then I would have taken it up the street to pep boys! They did the same thing to several other customers waiting for service. Also, they tried to overcharge me to replace the tire. They lie about having the best prices in town! I had to threaten to go up the street before the employee told me about cheaper tires that they had available. Not staffed properly, slow service, jaded employees, complete shit show! Go 2 blocks up to pep boys!

Upsell Upsell Upsell. Went in for a patch and of course they tried to sell me another tire instead. Had to forcefully decline to buy a tire and request just a patch. Stay away.

Do not trust them, I went in to get a tire patched and then they described everything that they thought was wrong. Tried to develop a bill of $ 2,000…luckily I decided only to change the tires which still cost an arm and a leg. Then went to my trusted mechanic who said other issues were not as severe as they indicated.
Just make sure they don’t try to fleece you!

I wish I had 4 hands, so I could give them 4 thumbs down. Slow slow slower workers and their manager was a pain to deal with. All in all they were expensive and I had to give up my whole evening.

Before going here we went to American Tire couple of blocks away… We called American Tire before going there and they confirmed they do have 100S tire and it will cost me $ 160 installation included, but fitting of tire they said its $ 200 and the tire they fitted is 99S so I had to ask them replace it with my spare tire.
After the above terrible experience at American tire we went to Just Tires and these guys are awesome, helped in all the possible ways and keeping in mind it was Sunday the service was quite good and quite fast. Thanks Just Tires!
Also the service guy cleaned our windscreen with a broad smile on his face!!!

Horrible! I had an appointment and they didn’t have the tires! Um… the name of this place is Just Tires… and wouldn’t one check at the time I made the appointment to see that the tires needed are in stock?
Zero accountability, discourteous staff, and absent management coupled with a bait and switch tactic of hidden fees made this a frustrating and eye opening experience.

I ordered a tire which took 4 days to arrive — I actually had to call an confirm it came in because no one called me. I took the car in and was told I was number 2 in line and the car would be ready in an hour — 3 hours later I called and the tire had still not been put on the car and the car apparently had just been sitting there (I could tell by the run around I received on the phone when I asked about my car) More importantly they did not do the necessary inspection (when they put the tire on to tell me whether or not I needed an alignment — which they promised they would) and told me it would be another few hours before they could do so. I had them put the tire on and left and what should have been an hour wait turned into a 4 to 5 hour wait. Go to Firestone — I had a much better experience there!

I typically avoid reviewing chains — but seeing the lame reviews here makes me wanna just say Hey I Had A Good Experience Here. Actually, two. While both times required me to actually BUY a tire, it was quick and fairly painless. They honored an email discount that they had recently sent me (admail can be a good thing, sometimes…).
Didn’t take long, and I didn’t feel yanked around. I drove off feeling better than when I drove in. The most recent time I visited, it was just about closing time, but they didn’t grumble or seem put out. So, I hope the next time I’m there it’s just to put air in my tires !

Avoid this place. I set up my appointment on Just Tires web site. When I arrived on time they «did not have my info in the computer». Even though there were no other customers they made me wait half an hour («a minute»).
Then I got an estimate of work — nothing that I scheduled on JustTires web site. They added many services I did not ask for.
I should have read Unilocal reviews. I will never use JustTires again.
Addition — once I drove my car home I realized that they messed up my hand break — they loosened it up that the car could not be parked on a hill.
I called the manager, he apologized and ask me to come back to JustTires next day and to look for «his» mechanic Angel. I came next day, the manager was not in, Angel was not in and I was told that I would have to wait 2 hours for a mechanic!
So I had to set up an appointment for a next day. Only then they fixed the hand break (it took one and a half hour).

These people move like turtles. I was here for a simple inspection that took 5 minutes, and they had me sitting there for an hour just to check out and pay. Oh… And the whole time, they had Dr. Oz on TV. DR. OZ! *vomits violently everywhere*

Horrible!!! I came two days in a row all two times was told that it would be a two hour wait. They suggested I make a appointment on line in which I did for the following day at 4:00. I arrived at 3:30 and was told my car would be ready in 40 min. I went to the store up the street to waist time only to find out that my car had still not been serviced, at this time it was 4:40 everyone gave me different reasons on why my car was not yet serviced. 1^st guy: «Another car was put in front of yours in accident. 2^nd Jared (Tried making it better) «Were short staffed» 3^rd Chris (assistant manager): «Let me show you somethig…» As he tried to walk me out and show me the staff problem. At this point it’s just clear they suck and don’t know how to keep there customers satisfied enough to make them come back.

I will not recommend this place. They sold us 4-​set tires and one of the is clearly marked damaged. How can one install a marked damaged tires & put someone’s life in danger? ¹⁄₃ star!

My tire pressure sensor was on this morning and this was the first place I thought to come was here. I get there just before 8:30 and tell them that what I experienced. I’m told that there was no problem, and to quickly sign the invoice. It was printed on the very last ink in the printer and I could barely read it. I wouldn’t sign until I could read the paper I’m signing, even though it read $ 0.00. I’m sorry, I just don’t sign away to any and everything.
The car was checked and nothing was wrong, just low tire pressure all around. Okay, this is good news. I get my keys and off to work I go. Two miles later, I glanced down to see my flat tire light on again. Well this is weird, I think. I managed to take it slow and get to work. I took my car manual with me to read, thinking that maybe I missed a section about what that light could stand for. I take the invoice Just Tires gave to me and get the phone number off of the paper. I call and speak to Jermaine, the guy that helped me over the counter. He says to immediately come back. I tell him I’m at work and cannot get there immediately (yeah, I’m immediately going to leave work *eye roll*). I ask what time do they close and what is the latest time I can take my car in to be checked. He replies 8 pm is closing time, 7:30 is the latest you can bring your car in for inspection. I thank him and get back to work.
Just around 1:30 pm I go downstairs or my place of work to check on my tires. As I inspect each one I find the culprit: my right rear tire was completely flat. Anger rushed over me. What if I was on the road and heaven forbid something happened to me and my car? I was outdone. I called AAA and had them put my donut on. Because of this I had to leave early from Century City, drive slowly at 3:30 in the afternoon just so I can dodge afternoon rush jour traffic and go over to Fairbanks Tires and have them take care of it. I’m grateful to the deities that nothing negative happened to me as I travelled. If something had happened, Just Tires would be legally liable of any mishaps to my tires. All because, and on the record with my signature, my tire pressure was «low». You’d think I’d ever return here? Not a chance on this planet.
