First of all, despite what the website implies, they are NOT an authorized service company for mitsubishi tv. Second, The«master» technician said that that after breaking a fan in the tv while replacing a thermal unit, it would take two days for the new part to get to the warehouse, and he would replace it. that was over a week ago. they are not returning our repeated phone calls, and for some reason can’t get a part that i have already paid for and picked up. Did I mention that I have already paid for the work that they have allegedly done? This company is a big con, and should now expect to have a date in court.

I had a plasma TV with a crack in the screen(gandma + wii remote = cracked plasma). I thought it was just a cracked front glass(as opposed to a cracked plasma panel module). Other repair shops I called wanted me to take it in, and they would check it out. This was a pain because of dismounting and tranportation. Then, I might find out that it either it could not be repaired, or I would have to wait a month for the glass to come in. The great thing about Innovative is that they came to my house to inspect(for $ 50). They determined it was fixable, and ordered the part(which took over a month). But in the meantime, I could continue to watch the TV(throught the crack… but it was better than nothing). So I was pretty happy with using them vs. my other options. They didn’t get a 5 star because it took so long for the glass to come in(and the first piece was broken). Nevertheless, I am pretty satified. Christopher, the tech that did the work, was competent and professional.

Fast repair to my oft broken Samsung LCD. This was real repair work by a person who knew what they were doing, not just some circuit board swapping. He replaced the power capacitors in the power supply. It’s been great ever since.
