I got in a fender bender and needed to have my car assessed for my insurance purposes. Two days after my accident, I ran over to this establishment at 4:30pm on a Friday. The woman was so nice and told me to run on by and they would fit me in. I was very pleased with Nelson who did the assessment in a quick and timely manner.
HOWEVER, after two weeks of my insurance agent calling them, they had still not reproduced the assessment to my insurance company. I finally started calling myself. On a Friday morning at 9 am I said the length of time this has taken was ridiculous and the assessment needed to be emailed by the EOD. I proceeded to then call 8 more times. every hour. on the hour. to check up on the status of my assessment. I was assured it would be done, but low and behold, Friday 5:15 pm, NO email. This Monday morning I then proceeded to call another 5 times during the day. Finally, I told Nelson I was so livid that I would be packing up my stuff at the office within the next 30 minutes and coming to their center to stand over his desk and watch him fill out the paperwork since not only did I need it done, but maybe he would have a harder time lying to my face rather than over the phone. 3 minutes before I was about to leave, I got a call from him saying he was going to email it now. I waited on the phone to receive the email with my assessment.
I will never recommend anyone to come to this specific location. I considered getting my car fixed by them, but after such poor customer service and false promises to complete simple paperwork, I am so relieved I do not have to deal with that office ever again.

If you want your paint looking anything like the original factory finish, DO NOT bring your car here for insurance work (or anything else). I received the car in a timely fashion, but that was the only positive thing about my experience with them. The end product is garbage. There is a TON of holograming on the paint where they supposedly ‘fixed’ the damage. If you don’t know what that is, google paint hologram. Swirls and circular scratches everywhere. The paint looks dull and unfinished. After having the car for a month, my rear bumper is peeling as well where they fixed the fender damage. I understand matching the paint is difficult to factory standards (especially for a black car), but nobody should receive their car with amateur swirling /​hologramming. The scratches are absolutely difficult to ignore.
I tried to ignore the imperfections in the paint. I really did. But ON TOP of all this disappointment, the bumper was not installed correctly. The alignment is awful. Tabs were broken. Placing my hand on the bumper, it visibly wobbles in place. I had to take off the bumper myself, and reinstall. Now I know why they had trouble with the bumper. They had incompetent people uninstalling and re-​installing.
Oh and one more thing, their prep work seemed to do more damage than good. There are scratches (deep) on the trim of the car. Looks like they took a razor to the trim when taking off whatever paint tape they used. Again, amateur and idiotic.
They say they’re an authorized Audi repair center, but please if you love your car, go somewhere else (use a dealership body shop). These guys do not know what they’re doing. Shortcuts and lazy work. Period.

If I could give ICC Collision minus five stars; I would. I took my car there to be repaired on 02/​06/​2016. My car looks exactly the same on 03/​05/​2016 as it did one month ago. The only thing they did was take my light out. My damage is probably a two week job, max. One month and still nothing. Needless to say I was upset. I asked them to credit me for the week I must pay out of pocket for a car rental since they did nothing. They said it would take two additional weeks. My insurance will pay $ 750 for a rental. I maxed that out in a month waiting for my car to be repaired. I think my request was a fair one. I also called their corporate office to inquire about information I would need to file a complaint. The response from the owner at ICC was to «come get your car. We aren’t going to touch it. I don’t want to do the job.» No attempt at a resolution. I have paid for a car rental for one month so they could do nothing to my car, then refuse to fix it because I was understandably upset. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. The owner was very rude and nasty. I have his message. I wish I could post it. The owner gets a big «F» for his customer service skills. I say BOO to ICC Collision Center!!!

I took my vehicle to ICC Collision to have the damage repaired which included scratches on the driver side mirror and a dent in the driver side door because they are a preferred vendor with my insurance company, Mercury Insurance.
I was extremely disappointed when I picked up my vehicle. There was over spray on the rear door trim and inside the driver’s door. Regarding the over spray on the trim the manager told me to bring the vehicle back to have it taken care of.
Additionally the driver side mirror was not replaced. When I pointed this issue out to the manager he stated it was not part of the damage he was to repair. I in turn showed him that the Final Bill which showed Mercury being charged for replacing the Driver Side Mirror and that the damage was on his original damage to vehicle chart. At that point he said the damage to the side mirror could be just buffed out. He got a worker to try and buff out the damage. While working on the side mirror the worker set a rag on the hood of my vehicle leaving a permit discoloration in the paint. This spot on the hood of my vehicle is so irritating.
I was floored when the manager didn’t think it was a problem that they billed my insurance company for a part that he was not going to replace.
I am so frustrated with ICC Collision that I am never going back to pursue the matter with them.

Please do not let the positive reviews of this business lure you into using this company. If luck is not in your favor (and it WILL be a crap shoot), you may wind up with an experience similar to mine, and I would not wish that on anyone. Not when there are better, more reliable businesses you can use instead. This morning alone, as I dropped off my car again so they could fix their shoddy work, I met a man in the rental car shuttle who has brought his car back five times, and had to enlist the ICC regional manager in order to get the work completed, correctly. As I waited for my rental car, I met a woman whose car has been there for three months. She said she had to get her insurance company involved to try to get her car back. I also talked to a coworker who said they had his car for over a month. To repair his bumper. He had to enlist their regional manager as well, and threaten to come with a tow truck to get his car, ready or not.
Just don’t take the chance. I don’t know why there are so many positive reviews, or why Mercury Insurance chooses to use them. This is not a reliable or reputable business. Please look elsewhere.
On to the specifics… An estimated job of 4 – 5 days to repair some very minor scratches and a small shallow dent took 7 (and counting). When I picked it up the first time, I took one look at the bumper and it was not flush with the other panels and one corner was now incorrectly rounded and a darker paint shade. I would need to bring it back for another day to have that fixed. As I drove back to work, a rubber strip along the top of the doors came off. It had not been affixed correctly.
I have dropped it off again this morning, and even though they promised they could turn it around by end of day, I am back in a rental car and now told it will be ready tomorrow instead. I look forward to picking up my car and never dealing with this business again.
Also, you should know that they don’t have a rental car agency on site as suggested by them. That may be true for other locations, but not the Culver City location. They may also tell you that you can pick up or drop off your rental car there as part of their relationship with Enterprise. That is also not true.

ICC Collision Center was referred to me by my insurance company, and I found out it’s a great place to bring you car for repair. the whole staff was extremely polite and helpful. I received constant updates and photos of my car, and got it back when promised. I would recommend ICC to anyone looking for a quality body shop.

Came here after a fender bender (not my fault!). ICC was referred to me through Mercury Insurance. They provided an estimate, corresponded with Mercury and completed the work. All along the way we received updates through email and phone calls, which were nice. The staff there were very helpful. Our truck looks newer than before!

WOW!!! Where do I start??? This place is the worst I have ever dealt with. I took my Honda to ICC as they are Mercury certified and had the worst experience in my lifetime. Luis promise the car in 2 weeks and from the start he was just telling lies after lies after lies. After a month the cars was done so went to look at the car and it was a mess. All the panels did not line up, truck was full of water and worst is big scratches on the hood that wasn’t there.
This is the short version of my experience. The first time Luis said the car was done… Half of the car was on the floor and on the hood.

I was taken good well care of as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone was extremely polite and professional from the receptionist Joyce even to the mechanic such as Eddie. They kept me informed every step of the way during the whole and notified me of any thing that came up. There was a slight delay of the promised pick up day and my car was postponed for about a week or so, but it was understood since the parts they ordered was out of their control. All in all, very positive experience and will return in a heartbeat if I ever need my car serviced again :)

I’m so glad I came here! The paperwork process was very easy! The staff took very good care of me and my car throughout the process of getting my car fixed :) Eddie, the manager, was great! He kept me updated about the status of my car. And I am very satisfied with the repairs on my car, it looks great! They also included complimentary detail cleaning every 6 months that I am definitely going to be using! With that being said, if you ever get in a car accident, this is the place to go!

When you drop off your Vehicle here… Make sure you forget about it for a loooooooonnnnggg time like weeks. You will probably forget you had that car… For one week no call back no inspection done and no estimates where given and when you call them they repeat the same thing like an answering machine «yes it’s being worked on by so and so guy for internal damage and we will estimate in 5 mins and call you back». 5 mins!!! Feels like I am in a Time Warp where my time moves slower than theirs…
And then when you are fed up and want to collect it they will say we just ripped it apart and we have to put it back. And then when they give it back to you it’s covered in dirt all over, Thick layer dirt, probably because the vehicle was just sitting there and nobody actually attend it. They don’t even have the courtesy to give the vehicle back in the condition it was dropped off.
I can understand that there can be work load and resource issues but if they would have informed me that it will take a certain time instead of just lying about it every single time I would have not been thrown off this much. Basically it gives you an impression that the management does not know what they are doing and may be they are not right for the job if they can’t even set realistic expectation with the customer.
So all in all it’s an amazing experience. Anyway try at your own risk. Not sure if the other reviews are real but this is what I got out from this place.

Went in for an estimate, which was actually a very harmless procedure. Waited a few minutes and an estimator went to the car and took pictures. I was told that the estimate would be emailed to me that day. At 5:45pm, I called the body shop looking for my estimate and after waiting on the phone for 10 minutes, I was informed that they were backed up and would have the estimate for me by tomorrow morning. I would have appreciated a heads-​up call but understand that sometimes you just have those busy days.
However, the next day didn’t receive a call or email, so I called the day after– assuming another back up. Receptionist Joy (?) put me on hold for 8 minutes and was rude with her tone and responses. Estimator finally picked up the phone, apologized, and said he’d have the quote to me within the next 5 minutes and still no quote.
For an estimate, just seemed like an unnecssary hassle. Service was mediocre as well.

I highly recommend Carlos, Roberto, and Co. They replaced a sad and sorry tire after a wee accident.
Super friendly and efficient service, considering it was right before closing on Friday afternoon.

ICC is the best, and Carlos is THE MAN. I took my car in for minor body work, and he went above and beyond. Fixed all my little scratches and chips, cleaned and sealed the outside so well it looks brand new, and detailed the inside (even got my carpet stains out)! It actually looks better than when I brought it in.
Everyone is at ICC is really nice and accommodating to top it off, such as helping arrange my rental car and helping me negotiate a discounted rate. I even got text updates with pictures of the progress. ICC seriously cannot be beat in LA.

Everyone was very helpful, which was important since I was already stressed out by having to get work done on my car after a fender bender. I even needed a visor, which had nothing to do with my recent accident and they got me a new one for free!

What can I say– they made my car look even better than it did BEFORE I was rear-​ended!
Kind, courteous staff. Turnaround was exactly what they estimated.
And seriously, they made my bumper look completely new again and gave it a car wash while they were at it.

Avoid this place at all costs took my BMW here to get repairs due to having to use Mercury insurance, they found hidden damage to my radiator support structure.
They did not replace the structure only repaired it and repainted it, there were not noted on the quote or the repair list. Car is very unsafe to drive now and hood does not close properly. Would never come back have to take it to another repair place to fix their incompetence.
Also they buy used parts for repairs. Super shady over there.

This is the 2^nd time that my car has been in an accident.
Both times– the car has been returned looking like it is brand new.
ICC Collision is top notch.
Arman Vardanyan, Joyce, and the rest of the team provided the best customer service.
I was updated on the status every few days.
The car was also returned to me by the committed date.
I would recommend this place to anyone.

Brought my car here after an accident. I really had no choice because it was a block away from the accident.
After being deemed totaled by my insurance company, I went back to retrieve my valuables out of the car. I was SHOCKED to see my wheels, rims and tired complete removed and replaced with someone else’s Honda wheels; ones of a lesser quality. I asked the guy at ICC about it and got «oh we had to remove the wheels to move it over in the lot». Which is not true since it was in the exact same spot.
I didn’t even sign off on the car to be released to the insurance OR ICC.
I asked the insurance company about it and they were shocked. I sent them pictures of the before and after and they said that they would be speaking with and fining the company because they are taking money away from the insurance (Mercury) with substituting lesser parts AND messing with my car.
These people are completely untrustworthy. I’m shocked that there are so many good reviews for this place.

We had a comprehensive claim on our 2011 Volvo convertible (deep scratches). Our insurance company sent us to ICC Collision Center, and they did a fabulous job of repairing the damage. We bought a new 2015 Volvo this fall, and before it was a month old, it had a serious dent on the back quarter panel and rear door. We again contacted ICC (this time without the insurance) and they worked with us around
x-​mas travel, repaired the car perfectly, got it back to us in less than the estimated time, and gave us a very competitive price! We are happy to recommend ICC Collision Center!
