OMG I don’t know where to start, this office is so friendly and super professional. People at this location are pretty much up beat, the Supervisor knows her law and ethics about Taxes. I would highly recommend people to get serviced here. You can’t go wrong, these people would get you the maximum refund. Plus I didn’t have to wait, I got serviced real quick. A+++

We had a pretty crappy experience here. The guy who helped us file jointly for the first time (we just got married) didn’t seem interested in really helping us get the most out of our tax situation. Our return was so low (we almost owed) that we left and decided to use turbo tax. When we asked questions about why it was so low or why certain numbers changed (not in our favor) he was not clear in explaining why. I found this frustrating. We ended up with a much bigger refund from turbo tax and just felt that the service was impersonal.

Just a note. Ive used this tax service 2 times in the last 7 years and when they are done i always owe money the other 5 years i have got money. H&R block can bite me

This location is only open during tax time, but I want to say that miss Bush is amazing. She is truly kind and caring and really helped put me at ease during the most stressful time of my life, tax season. Made an appointment for the next day and she was ready for me when I got there. She’s awesome!

I made an appointment on a Tuesday, I needed it first thing in the morning, so they were open for Thursday at 9am. Then, Thursday they call me at 8:30am to let me know they weren’t going to be able to take me in, if I’d like to re-​schedule for 11am! Wtf! I was already ready! How unprofessional of them! I told the girl to cancel everything. She didn’t even care. We schedule appointments because we go to work, or have our responsibilities to take care of.
Then my husband calls them again, because we really need our taxes made! And schedules at 7:30pm on the same Thursday. Later on my husband called them at 6:30pm at to confirm that he’s coming and they told him there was no appointment for him made at all whatsoever! Wtf I’m really f&$@en pissed.
The older woman who’s a secretary making the appointments answering the phone is very rude too.

For tax reasons, my husband’s and my taxes had to be done separately both last year and this year. My husband decided to get his done at this H&R Block and was assigned to Jon.
Jon turned out to be an excellent tax expert preparing for his taxes. He does immaculate work and is meticulous. He’s very professional and not chatty (which we loved — we get in and get out after the business is done with no time wasted).
My husband returned this year to get his taxes prepared by Jon again. Jon told my husband he could file an extension for payment, and proceeded to not only gave my husband the IRS number to call, but step-​by-​step instructions (and phone prompts) to make sure he will get a live person to set up the extension. I was truly impressed by the care in Jon’s work as most other tax professionals would just give you the number to call and be done with it, but Jon wanted to make sure you get through to the right department with the least amount of stress and frustration when dealing with the IRS.
I had been getting my taxes prepared at another place. I was debating whether to go back to that place this year as I noticed their work had become a bit sloppy last year (made couple of mistakes), and the person likes to chit-​chat too much with foul language. After witnessing how carefully Jon has prepared my husband’s taxes in the past 2 years, I’ve decided to have Jon do mine this year also.
Two thumbs up for Jon.

Christine Ito is outstanding and such a professional, which keeps me coming back every year! This will mark my second year of returning to this location because Christine is the best! I unfortunately have the awful burden of paying the ‘man’ every year because I’m an independent contractor… She is patient, thorough and such a sweet person to help with all of my deductions. She is beyond willing to double and triple check her work so that my crazy self is satisfied… H & R block should give her a raise!!! Know a good thing when you got her and keep her!!!

Great place, everybody is over nice and helpfulI. I particularly recommend Jonathan Lescoulie, who is very knowledgeable, patient, rigorous and so friendly. Jon almost makes tax filling a nice time ;)

I have been coming to H&R Block for two years now and so far they have been pretty reliable with no mistakes at all. The only issue I have been having is not a reflection of their customer service but on their service fees. I did pay about $ 400 to do a Schedule C which is way too much in my opinion.

I went in here for a second look at my taxes to see if my regular tax guy was making any mistakes. They were not able to identify any major problems with my previous tax returns, but i definitely appreciated the free review and the advice that I got.
I’m not sure that I would go to them again because they charge significantly more than the accountant I normally use, and they didn’t really provide anything of value to me. But overall they definitely can get the job done and somebody else’s scenario could be totally different than mine. Also, their staff is nice and professional.
The location is also convenient and easily accessible, which is a plus. Plenty of parking available.

Idk… regular tax service nothing more nothing less. My tax lady was nice. ho hum… yadda yadda…

I’ve never been to H & R Block before as I usually do my taxes online, but I had some questions and decided to go in to the office this time. I had a very nice experience with my tax preparer Christine Ito. She was very knowledgeable as well as being funny and sweet. She even hooked me up with the first time customer discount which altogether made it cheaper than doing it online. I’d definitely recommend this place if you need somewhere reliable to get your taxes done.

Had a great experience here. My tax preparer was Christine Ito. She did her very best to get me every discount and tax break possible. She was quick and full of personality. I would go there again! The only bad thing about this place is its hard to find from the street.

My family and I have been going to this location for the last four years and Veeda is our tax preparer. She’s great! It’s always a pleasant experience with her.

Pretty standard stuff, I came in here for a free second look at my taxes. They checked it but didn’t find any errors or extra money. I had to wait awhile even though I had an appointment, but it wasn’t too bad and they did acknowledge me and apologize for the wait.
Location is good and parking is easy. Personally I think they charge way too much to do your taxes, but it’s nice that they offer a free second-​look.

I just came in here today to take advantage of the Free 1040EZ processing. It was super simple and fast!
I met with Ken Brandon who was very professional and super fast – I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Best part, it was all free!
Plus, their computers can send your e-​file directly to the IRS so instead of the traditional wait of 3−4weeks, I’ll have my refund in 8 to 15 days. Sweet!
Decent location, ample parking, nice customer service. I’ll be back.
