Both the managers are completely useless wastes of oxygen. Manager Veronica and Manger Jorge #1071816 doubled charged my girlfriends’ credit card and refused to issue a refund. Legal action was taken with the bank to cure their theft. Avoid these retards and Forever 21 at all cost. You get what you pay for with minimum wage employees.

This place is like crack. There is entirely too much cute stuff to sort through in a short lunch hour. I prefer the one in Cerritos, but this is close to work and that’s alright by me. They have lots of cute things in hidden corners. You really have to look through the stuff. I miss that they took out the maternity stuff. It was nice for when I was pregnant. But they have a plus size area, guess that will suffice. There are normally no more than 2 cashiers at lunch time so plan accordingly and go early to avoid lines.

The line is almost out the door and there are only 2 registers opened! Or I should say, the line is out the door because there are only 2 registers open. Lame!

DONTEVERSHOPHERE. All of their clothes are so poorly made they aren’t worth $ 1. By the time you walk out of the store they are falling apart. I bought some clothes and they were damaged already but I didn’t notice till I got home. One of them had a small hole that was obviously going to get bigger and was due to poor craftsmanship. Right back to the store I went and they said that I damaged it!!! It was a complete lie, I bought the item with a hole and they refused to do anything about it. they don’t care. Plus they’re were sobs to me too. don’t ever shop here. These people have no life.

Love this store always find good items. Only downfall is expect a long line for the dressing rooms and checkout lines but they do their best to get customers in and out with any dramatic outburst!

For shopping on a tight budget, my daughter gets cute stuff at good deals. No complaints here.

Went on a Monday morning and tried on 3 items. One of the girls working the fitting room was super nice(the reason I’m giving 3 stars) while another girl asked me where I got the items from(because I did not purchase them) so she could do her go-backs faster. :/. It’s ok here but nothing special.

This is one of the more nicer forever 21 locations with a friendly staff and better merchandise selection. Love that they have a mens department! Only lacking a bit more sales people on the floor for customers. Otherwise a fun place to shop if you don’t need a lot of help.

Arrived here 15 minutes before closing and the security person wouldn’t let me in saying that they were closed. I was simply returning an item. The security person was very rude. I love that this location has a good selection, but the security person could use some better people skills.

I love this Forever 21. It’s the largest one in the area with the best parking. Everyone is helpful and I find everything there that I can’t find at Beverly Center. They have a huge Heritage section as well. Check them out!

Forever 21’s return policy absolutely sucks. You can’t return anything, you can only exchange it. Here is my story: Last weekend I was up North with my boyfriend to attend the wedding of one of his high school friends. I found a dress at this Forever on the Thursday before we left. Great dress, fit me perfectly, loved it. Day of the wedding– hair done, make up on, slip in to the dress, and it breaks. It’s zipped up, and then the zipper ‘un– zips’ itself, if that makes sense. The zipper popped open, and nothing I could do was going to change that. Of course, I didn’t bring another dress, because I tried this one on three times before we left, and it was perfect. So, I have to wear a jacket and hold a scarf under my right arm, to hope that the opening in the dress doesn’t show. Later, lucky for me, it got so cold I put my boyfriends jacket on and was able to loosen up and dance the night away, without anyone even noticing the gaping hole in my dress. Cut to this past Wednesday. I call ahead to explain the situation and make sure they will give me an exchange. Upon my arrival: 1st manager– Manager: We can exchange it, but it has to be for the same dress. Me: The occasion already passed, I don’t need another cocktail dress. Manager: Okay, you can choose another dress, but it has to be a dress. 2nd manager(when I go to check out): Manager: For an exchange the new item has to be the same or greater price. Me: I don’t need a new dress, and I definitely don’t need to spend more money in your store. Your dress broke on me at a wedding and I just want to be done with this. Manager: Wait, you are saying that you actually wore this dress? Since you wore it, we can’t take it back. Me: YOUR dress broke on me at a very important event, after I had already taken the tag off. Yes I wore it because it is the only dress I had. Manager: Fine, just make sure you find an item that is more than the dress. Lesson learned: none of the managers at this store are on the same page. I heard two completely different stories about returns, which tells me, if at first you don’t succeed, try another manager(or another store). **Note: I am an honest person who never returns anything I have worn before. I simply expect a $ 29 dress to hold for at least one wear. Anything beyond that, I shop elsewhere.
