I requested pick on 6⁄19 at 4:50am. I was waiting outside at the address request at 4:45am. The driver didn’t show. I called the support line, and they said they didn’t know exactly where the driver was. I waited til 5:05am before finally getting a call from the driver (I believe his name was Tobi). Tobi informed me that he was at least 15mins away. I had a plane to catch, and he was going to be at least 30mins late. I found a ride at 5:20am from another source and still had no sign of Tobi. I called Tobi and told him not to bother coming. I now find a charge pending on my card and a receipt in my email.
Contacted support to get a refund and they were completely useless. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Ever. Created a Unilocal account just to let you know.

Update: I received a call from the CEO of the company and he wanted to hear the story first hand. I explained in detail the problems and he is going to make it right on his end. He expressed concern of what occurred and seemed genuinely sincere in his apology to me as the customer. I have to give him kudos for calling a customer not something the typical CEO does. Looks like there was either a technical glitch or an oversight that happened and I was on the wrong end of the issue.
I have updated the rating due to the call.
I will give this company another opportunity when I travel on business, all because of the call I received.

One star is too many. You ask why, let me tell you. I booked a car to pick my father and me for delivery to the Indy 500 and also a car to return us from the 500. I got confirmation numbers on both ends of the trip. Well we got there but had to walk the last mile or so to the venue, ok I can deal with that not happy about but can deal with. On the pickup though I got no email, no voicemail anything no communication whatsoever to tell me that we would not be picked up. This company as far as I am concerned left me (50 Years Old) and my Father (70) stranded 12 miles from where we were staying.
When I called the number associated with the voucher number, it wasn’t even Flitways, it seemed like it was the clearing house. Now they seemed very nice and let me blow off some steam, and then they told me they didn’t even receive my correct contact information from another third party company I have never heard of. The cycle of companies involved in booking a car is just non-​stop.
