When I began working with Charu three years ago I was closed off in many ways. I wanted a better relationship with myself, with my body and my experience of and with sex and sexuality. Charu always worked with me where I was and her patience, compassion and deep commitment to helping me grow emotionally and spiritually creating a space for real change to happen within me. I feel my life has been deeply enriched by the work I have done with her.
If you are looking to expand personally in a deep and dynamic way I would recommend working with Charu anyday.

Charu’s workshops are heaven-​sent. She is not only wise, a beautiful soul and a lovely person to be around, but as an amazing embodied meditation teacher, she understands the practical considerations we all deal with in daily life. She doesn’t give you useless esoteric information; she teaches you beautiful, practical, physical exercises to connect more deeply with your impulses, your core self, your partner and your life. I feel so blessed to study with Charu. Her Evening of Awakening, a monthly «Puja» ritual, is a great place to connect with others and yourself, and she also teaches wonderful weekend workshops where you can go deeper, or you can do private sessions with her. She is a great model for embodied living!
