This is the most organized Dr’s office for green scripts I’ve ever been to. The receptionists are friendly. The doctor was very friendly and helpful.
TIP: Make an appintment if you don’t want to wait as long. I didn’t have one and waited ~30 minutes.

I have to say, I am really impressed with Dr. Barke (the owner) for getting in touch with me so quickly. I had a really negative experience two years in a row with a doctor (Dr. Gittleman) and I wrote about it above. Well, Dr. Barke called me twice in two days just to ensure me how sorry he was for the experience and to let me know he took my experience very seriously. I don’t see that kind of response very often, so I felt right in making this update. He offered to refund my fee but I refused, because his center is awesome in a lot of ways and I don’t want to be that guy. Hopefully Dr. Gittleman gets the message, and from what I heard from Dr. Barke, it sounds like he will!

So happy I went here to get my referral, Awesome location, super friendly staff, clean restroom, The Dr. Made me feel very at ease you could tell he is totally legit, he knew exactly what I had been going dealing with IBS and GAD, I was expecting to be waiting a long time and was pleasantly surprised when I was called up in about 10 mins, unfortunately I was in the restroom as always so the Dr. Had to skip over me and call the next patient, but I only waited 5 more mins and he called me right up. I made the stupid mistake of accidentally signing my name on my referral instead of my credit card receipt, but the whole staff was totally chill about it even though they had to go threw the trouble of printing up a new 1. Totally great experience for me I definitely recommend this place to everyone

Came here as a new patient :) everyone was super nice and polite. Filled out 3 forms and waited for the doctor to call my name. Doctor checked my blood pressure and listened to my heart rate. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I was also provided which dispensaries are close by to me. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience :)

45 bucks, fast and easy. Make an appointment walk in, sign 3 papers, talk to Doc (nice guy), simple physical and assessment of symptoms, pay and walk out.
Very simple process. Friendly staff. Good magazines in lobby (i was early but only waited 5 min). Highly recommended.

I’ve been dealing with a back injury for almost 3 years now. I’ve learned to «live with it», but it’s an actual pain in the you-​know-​what most days. On top of the back issue though, I’ve struggled with sleep problems for years, and it’s gotten to the point now that I haven’t been able to sleep without Benadryl or NyQuil for the past 40 days. I’ve tried all the crap my other doctors have prescribed (Ambien is disgusting, Melatonin nightmares make me rather stay awake 24⁄7 to avoid them), to no avail.
My fiancé suggested I give cannabis a shot. Being the insufferable vegan that I am, I liked the idea of trying something natural. I Unilocaled around, found this place, and timidly walked-​in. I’ve never done anything like this before, and I had my pre-​conceptions.
It was small and simple, but the staff was super friendly, and the appointment was quick and non-​judgmental. Told the doctor about my spinal injury & sleep problems, he recommended what types of strains would be best for my problems, and then I paid the $ 45 fee, got my license right on the spot, and was able to use it that same day.
5mg chocolate dose once a night, and I have slept better in the past two nights than I have in maybe all my life. I can’t believe I waited this long to try it.

The front staff was pleasant and efficient. This review isn’t about them. I would have given them 5 stars. This is about the doctor.
I’m not sure which one I was sent to but he was rude, condescending and made me extremely uncomfortable. I contemplated walking out in the middle of the exam. He mocked me, even made fun of me and I walked out of there with my rec but almost in tears. I can not believe that he would treat a patient like that who he knew had PTSD. I had to travel almost two hours to get to this place because my first experience was not amazing but not as bad so I decided to give it another shot. I won’t be returning here again. It’s clear that the doctor doesn’t care even though the staff is wonderful.

Another update***
Just got a voicemail from Dr. Barke, who is the head doctor here, and he seemed very upset and deeply apologetic about my experience with the other doctor. He clearly wants to make things right and says he does not handle ESA letter like this and was so sorry that I had a bad visit with Dr. Baylis.
After my talk with Jessica, she offered to have the letter fixed so it looked more professional and even offered to have it mailed to me so I didn’t have to take off work again to make another appointment to come in to get the new letter! My experience with her as well as the call from the head doctor surely confirms that this place really cares about their reviews and what people think about their business.
I’ve never had someone go so much out of their way to address and issue a customer had, and it’s certainly a nice change of pace in an often jaded customer service industry. I can’t wait to get my fixed ESA letter in the mail, and I feel so much better about this experience. It’s refreshing to know that sometimes people do care about trying to make things better for people.
