I really appreciate and love Dr. Deleaver. She is my children’s doctor for 12 years now. She is always attentive, knowledgeable and incredibly HUMAN. Yes, her office is crowded, they take long time to answer phone calls, and sometimes you spend almost all day there, but I never left her office thinking that my kids were not well taken care. When my middle daughter was 5 (Today she is 15) some teachers were insinuating that my daughter may have ADHD, but Dr. Deleaver helped me to understand that my daughter was a gifted child and once I tested my daughter, yes it was confirmed that she was gifted academically and artistically. So, Dr. Deleaver is so experienced and she also is constantly providing alternatives. I really don’t care the hustle of getting an appointment, because at the end, my children and I are very happy with the outcomes…

these people NEVER answer the phone! I’ve been calling since they opened at 9 am and it’s frustrating! when I leave messages, I rarely ever get a call back. what kind of a business are they running here???

I have seen a lot of reviews about Dr. Deleaver that had bad things to say about the office, which saddens me because they are GREAT! They are human, like everyone else. Yes, it is a LONG wait. But they take Healthy Families (affordable insurance for stay-​at-​home moms on a tight budget) AND most importantly, she never rushes you when you finally get to see her. She takes all the time in the world to answer your every last question and when you have a baby or young child, that speaks volumes! Just bring something to keep you and your child busy and distracted, engaged, whatever, and you will be FINE. I recommend parking on Hughes NORTH of Venice, as it’s FREE.

She is my daughter’s pediatrician. Fabulous. The office is very busy, so wait times can be long, but the doctor is very experienced and can spot areas of concern quickly. My daughter likes Dr. Deleaver, too, which is important. My wife wanted to spread out the vaccines over several different visits instead of sticking them all into our baby at once, and this doctor was fine with that idea and arranged it for us right away. We had to change insurance a few times; after the first change, we got Dr. Deleaver by chance and for every subsequent change I intentionally sought out Dr. Deleaver as my daughter’s PCP.
