Adrian came over gave us a quote then stuck to it, even though it took longer than estimated. Manny got under our structure that is low to the ground and Christian rounded out the 3 man team. They were professional, punctual, and patient to explain what needed to be done. I wouldn’t hesitate referring them to my mothers home, and that is trust. Verifiably reliable, HVAC excellence!

After speaking with customer service at Culver City Heating & Cooling, I have decided to improve my review. Even though the experience with the technician was sub-​par, customer service made up for it. While I’m not certain I would use their service again, others can know that the customer service at this company is willing to go the extra mile to make things right.

I called them to fix the heater and add air conditioning and they sent Tommy over for an estimate. Let me tell you, he was awesome! I never write reviews but had to give him and his co. Props. He was very honest and got back to me on a timely manner. After adding the air conditioning and cleaning out our vents, some of the vents still weren’t working in certain rooms. I called tommy and he came out and crawled up our little attic and he fixed it!
Btw I previously called another co. to come fix the heat and they said we had dirty vents and that was it. Which was not the case. Anyways, please don’t have any doubts and call culver heat and air for whatever you need and ask for Tommy, I’m pretty sure everyone else there is good too but Tommy had a great vibe to him.

We called on a Saturday morning, and Sergey promptly came to assess our heating issue. Within 3 – 4 hours of calling, he’d come and replaced the control board for our furnace with parts he had with him on the truck. The service was prompt and professional. My only complaint was that the price was exorbitantly hight, which keeps me from giving the 5th star.

Very happy with this company and tech Sergey! He installed a new wifi thermostat for me in place of an ancient one that was on the wall of our new condo. He was fast and knowledgeable and had that new baby up in no time. The price was what was quoted to me over the phone — no surprises. 5 stars! Thanks Sergey!

Set up an appointment but cancelled. Company shows address as 11 801 Washington Blvd in Culver City, Suite 360 but is not located there or in that building and never was. Two people at the company refused to acknowledge this question and one insisted that she was actually at that address when she was clearly not. When asked they tried to change the subject. This company may or may not give good service as the reviews indicate but they are not forthcoming with who they are or where they are located. Make your own decision.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Culver City Heating & Cooling definitely deserves it’s high ratings!
Lately, the weather has been very cold and windy. And, guess what, that’s when I realize there’s an issue with my furnace. Sometimes I can turn it on, sometimes I can’t. It’s really hard to pinpoint the exact problem. So, after some research, I decided to call CCHC.
I was able to make the appointment in the same day. Mike, the technician, called me back to confirm my time. He told me ahead of time that there’s a minimum service charge of $ 90.
Once he got here, he was able to turn on heater without any issues. He also checked my thermostat settings and everything looked fine. Then, he found out the problem… My filter is too dirty! Great, I felt like an idiot for a technician to change my filter for $ 90!
Well, that’s when the good service part comes in. Mike offered to waive the whole charge! He even tried to change the filter for me for free if I have a spare one. I was shocked and speechless. I used many electrical services and plumbing services, but no one ever offer this type of customer service!

First and foremost I must say once again THANK YOU to my technician Mike. As we all know the past couple of weeks has been extremely cold and my thermostat had not been working so there was no heat in my 1927 home. As you can imagine it was very cold both during the day and night, which as an adult I can take to a certain extent but I also have 2 children whom I had to use electric heaters in their rooms to keep them warm. On Wednesday I called a different hvac company that was close by to come fix my problem and they never showed even though I called to confirm and hour and a half before our appointment. They said they would be here and 2 hours later when I called to see what was going on they did not pick up nor return my phone call. I searched Unilocal and came across this company and from beginning to end I have been extremely pleased with their service. I called at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to send Mike whose window was between 2 – 6. He called me by 3 to say he was on his way. When he came he was very polite and asked me a few questions on what was my problem. I explained it to him and he was able to fix it very quickly and efficiently. I can not thank him enough! I would and will be recommending him and this company to anyone who is in need of their services. It’s very hard to find people who do quality work nowadays, let alone ones who make you feel like your business matters. Great Job!!!

This company is awesome. From the minute I called them I knew I made the right decision. During this past week, I had a different company flake on me twice (once without even calling) and I was ticked off to say the least. Joanna answered my call and worked with the technician, Sergey, to make sure everyone was on the same page before scheduling my appointment.
My heat wasn’t working and I thought I might as well update my thermostats since I was going to have someone come to my place anyway. I purchased two Honeywell WiFi thermostats and was in luck because this company was extremely familiar with these units, according to Joanna and Sergey. I was quite amazed when they said they provided same day service. I called around noon and Sergey was here at 2:30, exactly like he said he would be — now that is prompt service!
To sum this up, this company is quite efficient. By 3:45 my heat was working again and both units were installed. The price was extremely fair and I highly, highly recommend this company and will continue to use them going forward.

Sergey was nice and explained what needed to be done before doing the work. He even set up a follow-​up appointment really quickly when we had a problem with getting up to the unit the first time. He was neat and used booties to come in to our place as well as made sure he put back everything how he found it. After doing the work he gave us tips on how to keep our AC working well. Good customer service and he offered to come back if any problem came up.
