Buyer Beware. This is a very shady company. They are bait and switch, and charge extra money to your order after they’ve processed it. ALWAYSREQUEST A FINALPRICEFROMTHEM. THEYWILLSNEAKINEXTRA $$$ ANDSAYITSFORSHIPPING. Even after getting a final quote from these guys, I get an email HOURS later saying«oh by the way were charging this much for shipping and this much for tax». Separate transaction. They set it up like this. Total scam artists, and TYPICALBEVERLYHILLSPERSIANS. Be careful.

DONOTORDERFROMTHISCOMPANY. My order was placed and within a week I was told«It will be shipped tomorrow, I’ll email you the tracking number» four times. THEYCHANGEDMYPRODUCT4TIMES!!! Never emailed me a tracking, and never followed up on communication. I cancelled my order. I think this place is a fraud.

I ordered two printers and let me tell you about amazing customer service. The printer were received sooner than I expected(2 days) and I had a follow up call making sure I received my printers. «This company has put my company through the ringer for over a month. First we received our printer without a power chord. Then, receiving the chord took about 20 calls and a lot of hassle and wasted time. When we finally received the chord, it did not work. Huge waste of time and money. Ordered a refurb printer online on 11⁄2. Today, 11/14, I called and was told the printer would ship«today at 2PM». When I asked why a printer ordered on 11⁄2 wasn’t shipped until 11/14, I got some BS about how it is refurbished printer and had to be tested. Right, tested for 12 days??? YOUDONOTWANTTODOBUSINESSWITHTHISCOMPANY!!!

Had trouble as their paypal link did not work. So gave them a credit card. After two days my order had not processed. They did not return my emails. I called them. They said that an incorrect price was on the website(not my fault) They would not honor the price. I asked them why they did not respond to my emails and she could not answer the question. These folks do not deserve to be in business!

I ordered a printer from new egg and needed a second one, but they where out of stock. I found compu-america online who had the item in stock. I placed the order for the printer and received an e-mail confirmation. I was told the item is located in Los Angeles and since i’m in the OC it should only take a few days. 5 days later I called to get a tracking number. I was told that the shipping department was gone for the day and to call back tomorrow. I call back and was told that the person I need to speak to that has my «file» is out to lunch. I asked to speak to a manager and without exaggerating was hung up on 12 times. A quick call to amex to no approve the charge quickly resolved that issue. Not surprised a few days later they called apologizing and said they could have the item shipped asap if another order was placed. Yeah right. These losers are the reason why large stores are shutting them down! Never again!
